Had the best experience here yesterday. Reserved a car and Liam took me for a test drive. The vehicle wasn’t quite right for me, but the thing that impressed me most was the lack of ‘pushiness’ and the integrity and honesty shown by Liam. It is refreshing to see good, old fashioned values. I would have no hesitation in viewing cars here again or in recommending this garage to anyone. And if you get Liam, it’s a bonus, a really great young man.

We visited Loughborough Toyota on 14th August 2026 to look at the Toyota Yaris's. We were greeted by Dan and then Liam came to assist us . Under the circumstances why were looking to down size from a Rav 4x4 were explained to both Dan & Liam . Between both of them they made the transition of buying the Yaris the easiest I have ever found. They showed understanding ,empathy, they were not pushy . Honest Staff
Staff were knowledgeable, honest and most importantly never pushy with sales.
I genuinely felt a valued customer from start to finish and listened to by Lewis (Sales Advisor) of my requirements and budget. He never once pushed any particular sale or vehicle but guided me with his honest advice.
It was great to deal with what felt like a human sales team rather than the figure chasing droids I’ve dealt with in the past.
If there are any issues with my vehicle in future, I feel I am in good hands that care more than just about the sale.
Would 100% recommend to friends and family.

Great communication and customer service from start to finish. Sully couldn’t do enough to ensure I was happy with the car and also followed up a week later to see if I had any concerns. Also dealt with Lewis who was able to give me advice about the car’s safety features.

Friendly and easy
Very friendly service, and overall great customer care, extremely happy with with my experience! Very informative with additional services etc and they couldn’t do more for you. Ben who I dealt with when viewing and buying my vehicle made it a very easy experience as well as giving helpful insight to truly make sure the car was right for my needs.
