Sold me a car and had issues within a hour, tried to get me to drive a car I told them didn’t sound safe AA came out next day and it had a turbo issues and had to be taken on a recovery truck and was told I was lucky I made it home and definitely shouldn’t have been allowed on a motorway. Take advantage of inexperienced drivers and offer no apology or compensation.

I have recently purchased a Renault Clio from Vertu Nottingham, this being my second car from this dealer in recent years.
The service that I received from Abigail was excellent, explaining the various functions in the car.

I had a great experience from start to finish. It was easy to book in a test drive, and Angel was knowledgeable and great to deal with throughout. The Vertu team also settled my old car finance with no hassle, would definitely use this branch again.

Once we had decided to buy, the process was efficient without a hard sell on extras.

Good experience at point of sale and car handover. Staff were friendly and professional and paperwork dealt with efficiently. Care was taken to show functions of the car. Car is in good condition and runs well.

Was kept updated right through to picking up car Monday 9th March,
