Bad experience
What can I say? These people are great when you're there spending money and looking to buy a car, but when something goes wrong and you need after-sales support, they don't want to know. It's an absolute joke.
My partner's car had to go back due to a battery issue, and it took them weeks to sort out. We finally got the car back, and now it's developed even more problems — it's misfiring and the engine management light is on.
When we asked for a courtesy car while it's being repaired, we were told no. The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. Once they've got your money, the level of customer service seems to disappear. I would not recommend their after-sales service based on our experience.

Located car on Autotrader, reserved it and was contacted shortly after by Steven who was very helpful. Agreed to buy and travelled from Scotland to Bradford to collect car. Pleased to see the car's condition in person when I arrived, exactly as the video and pictures showed. All went very smoothly, and Steven came in on his day off to make sure he was there to hand over keys/ paperwork in person which was a nice touch. Would recommend.
