The Bradford branch (though a bit tricky to find the entrance!!) is welcoming, professional and knowledgeable about the Land Rover products and what’s on their forecourt.

I dealt with Abu who was open whilst trying to help me get the deal I needed.

No dramas bringing my young kids and dog to the dealer.

Buying an expensive used vehicle unseen can be quite daunting, but the information and expertise provided by Abu and Andrew at Virtu Bradford made it a pleasant and confidence boosting experience, the vehicle exceeded expectations and the handover was smooth and professional, and there was even a bunch of flowers for my wife!

Dealing with Landrover services, my defender has been there for over a month parked in the same spot I left it, nothing been done at all they can’t even access the car inside as key doesn’t work, they couldn’t even make a key !, I had to get a third party to come and make a key the same day with no issues how embarrassing. Even when I got them access into car they can’t seem to fix my defender and worst of all apparently it’s parked in a weird place where it’s to tight for a recovery truck to take it out so it’s stuck there with nothing being done, no effort what so ever to even move the car to a location within the dealership so I can have it recovered to a garage that can actually fix my car ! Avoid at all costs

You can see my original review below. However I would like to offer an updated score, simply because the General Manager Jai took the time to read my lengthy email and address my concerns. Although I still felt this way, I am happy with the service recovery offered.

Communication with this dealership is patronising. They contest everything you say. For example I raised some very basic work to rectify some cabin trim issues. A random wire taped to the window (delivered this way)
Leather not fixed to a plastic clip/circle on the drivers seat.
Rubber door seal coming away.
Random piece of trim that had fallen off. And sun visor securing clip not firm enough to hold the visor in place. (Delivered brand new this way, shows low standards of PDI)
I walked out to shop whilst waiting for the work to be done and was called to essentially question me about all the points as if I had made them up. “ we will compare to another vehicle” No, I have owned lots of vehicles…most much cheaper and know that the issues I have raised are indeed issues.
Not the first time this place and its dreadful idea of customer service have wound me up. When I bought it I was made to complete a satisfaction survey in front of a manager and was questioned and made to feel bad when I didn’t give top marks.
I use a land rover specialist for anything that isn’t warranty just to avoid having to deal with these people. I don’t understand how they don’t see the way they conduct themselves isn’t great service.
I can only assume it comes from Vertu as a company and its outlook on business. I gave 2 stars as I am sure the people who work here are lovely. Only made to treat people like this with poor examples from peers and managers.

Avoid at all costs, definitely shall not fulfil warranty work. Save time and just go elsewhere

The Range Rover FP23 C** has now been off the road for approximately six weeks, through no fault of our own.
Throughout this process, the manager has been consistently unhelpful, offering no meaningful support or guidance. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering a Land Rover to look at alternative manufacturers. At the very least, choose a dealership that is not associated with Vertu. Unless there is a financial incentive for them, you are simply left in the dark, with no assistance from management or the dealership as a whole.

What can I say 'David Whitton' fantastic service as always, didn't think things could be any better, then 'Holly' introduced herself to me, wow just wow, first class service when buying my new RRS. Love it!! will keep recommending my family & friends to you x

I would strongly advise anyone considering a Land Rover to look at other manufacturers altogether.

My vehicle has approximately 14,000 miles on the clock and has been fully serviced and maintained by Land Rover from day one. Since it went wrong on the 16th of October, it has been left parked at Vertu Bradford. The dealership sent the part away for inspection, but since then I have received no updates, no phone calls, no emails and no communication of any kind.

During this time, I enquired about purchasing a Defender and clearly informed Amber West not to carry out a credit search, as I intended to buy outright. Despite this, they proceeded with a search anyway. Whether this was intentional or accidental is irrelevant, it is a clear breach of GDPR.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid Land Rover, or at the very least choose a dealership that is not associated with Vertu. If there isn’t a financial incentive involved, you are simply left in the dark.

Great start to finish. But got car yesterday needs to go back today. Camera is not working. 🤦🏼‍♂️

So had dpf done a year ago it’s gone again ,had to independent 4x4 special who said it’s the DPF and to go back to Vertu as it’s under warranty so paid the £99 to be told this , got in touch with Vertu was told £210 to diagnose said further tests another £290 to do this total £500 to Vertu to be told it’s not covered due to a fault that effect the DPF couldn’t make it up from Vertu , my son is dealing with all this as I’m having chemotherapy and been off work 6 months , they have still got my car and talking to head office as my son told them I was totally miss sold the car diesel as I don’t do the mileage,nothing said about my driving history etc all they want is your money , emailed complaint nothing back from them if this isn’t resolved taking legal action spent about £8000 on a £42000 car since got it totally rubbish .ive also tried to get in touch with the CEO Mr Forrester but at this time not a lot of fight in me due to been ill but they don’t care just want money money !not heard back from head office complaints spoke yesterday and also sent a email to ceo nothing back as yet JLR don’t want to know feeling really let down .

We purchased a used Land Rover Discovery last week. Joe, was extremely efficient, honest and did exactly what he said he would do all the way through the process. Wecwould highly recommend buying a car from Joe. We live 3 1/2 hours away and hadn't test driven it before agreeing to buy it. We put a lot of trust in Joe. He spent time showing me how the car worked even though I could tell he was extremely busy, even calling me back on my way home when I wasn't sure how to turn on the lights.! He continued his excellent level of service even when I had left site. When we look to buy another vehicle, Joe will be the first call we make.!
