Bought a used car, Kia Exceed GT Line S, in green, fell in love with it as soon as we saw it. Brilliant start to the sale, terrible middle and brilliant end. However, it's not about what goes wrong, it's about how someone puts it right for their customer, we couldn't leave that fabulous car - step in Joe and the management team - pulled out all the stops to get us our car, they persevered with us as we did them, and we finally drove the car away, thank you to the team involved, but especially Joe, he was patient, understanding and sympathetic to our issues and moved heaven and earth for us, we are sure of that, thank you Joe.

Purchase of new EV
I would 1000% reccomend Vertu Barnsley. I dealt mainly with Chris Nutbrown who was fantastic and couldn't do enough when purchasing my new EV. His communication and customer skills was top notch!
Also i dealt with Dean Heseltine. He was also extremely brilliant. Again, he couldn't have done anymore for me. Emailing me on his day off to make sure everything was going good with new car. I'm extremely grateful for the service i received and would defintely use Vertu Barnsley again in the future and recommend them to anyone!

Great Service
After our search online we identified our chosen vehicle and made arrangements to view at Vertu motors Barnsley showroom, we were met by Chris Nutbrown
who was very helpful and guided us through the whole process of the sale after a very comprehensive test drive.
We are delighted with our purchase and would recommend both Vertu Motors and there very pleasant sales staff.

The sales staff listened to what I had to say, about what I was looking for and took it on board.
Chole was very good at explaining things, made me feel at ease.
On the test drive again didn't rush, I felt comfortable.
Now that I've had my car for just over a week, I love it and enjoy driving it.

Fabulous experience
I spoke to Craig white about what I wanted from my new to me car mainly that I wanted a good towing capacity for my caravan. Craig did a lot of work researching and found me an absolutely awesome sportage that was an ex demo. It has everything I needed. Craig was kind, and did not mind me bombarding him with telephone and email queries. There was no pushy salesman just an all round excellent experience. I would 100% go back again. Thank you Craig and everyone else involved.
