We’ve just purchased a nearly new Honda HRV from the Vertu Honda Morpeth dealership. Corey the sales person was helpful and courteous with us. My wife and I are new to this type of car and Corey explained the functions of the vehicle expertly and patiently with us. The other sales team and staff were friendly and helpful too. We would definitely use this dealership for our next purchase.

Don't waste your time and money
When I bought this car brand new this car was getting over 200 miles worth of range on 80 percent charge, with no air conditioning on. It now only gets 143 miles with 80 percent charge with no air conditioning on. I have been to this so called dealership numerous times over this issue and they say there is nothing the matter with car and to reset the trip. There is less than 4000 miles on the car (honda eny1). This is ridiculous. Also the staff are really unhelpful. Don't waste your time and money with this dealership. Been back to this so called dealership as loads of warning lights on car. 12v battery was drained, not for the first time. They trickle charged the battery, which they said was the problem. This fixed the range of vehicle and removed warning lights, but instead of replacing this battery under warranty John service guy told me to buy a trickle charger and charge the 12v battery when I'm not using the car. The car is parked outside and there are kids play near by the car. Does this sound reasonable to you?

2023 Honda HR-V purchase
I have purchased 2023 Honda HR-V Advance at Vertu Morpeth Honda recently. Very happy with the car and customer service.
I was not very happy with front tyres and a bit damaged rear wheel. So the dealership agreed to replace both front tyres and and refurbish the rear wheel. They also gave me a very competitive price for my trade in vehicle.
Special shoutout to Corey who was incredibly helpful during the purchase process and guided me trough it.

We purchased a Suzuki Vitara ND68 from Vertu…
We purchased a Suzuki Vitara (ND68) from Vertu Morpeth. When the car arrived it was filthy, full of crumbs and marks all over the seats. No warranty was provided at the time even though they said they had emailed it. Beware as once they have your money they don’t want to know. We have had BOTH wing MIRRORS literally fall out in the space of two weeks. The right hand mirror fell off when we were travelling at speed on the motorway. Adam (Branch Manager) appeared to be disinterested and had the attitude that it’s not our problem. If the Motor Assured Warranty don’t cover it then nothing to do with us. Good luck with obtaining repeat business. Rest assured we wouldn’t touch Vertu again!

All the staff, have been more than helpful, this is the second Jazz that we have had and Graham the mechanic has serviced it from day one, no complaints.

Professional no pressure approach

I used the MORPETH branch, I needed a replacement part fitted and the experience was outstanding, I mean really perfect in every possible way. The customer service representatives were absolutely fantastic, a really nice group of people who went that extra mile to accommodate me and my son who has severe disabilities.
