Avoid Delivery. Shocking
Agreed purchase of a vehicle that I was happy with. Sales staff very helpful with all details until after the moment I paid.
They offered me free delivery as part of the negotiations and once I'd paid in full all I heard were excuses why the car didn't arrive. 3 times I have been given dates of delivery and 3 times I've had excuses. No other alternatives offered.
A week after paying over £16 grand I am still without a vehicle and have been offered 'an uber to work' as compensation.

Long wait after paying
Arranged to see a car,a journey of 45 minutes,needed it urgently as I was without a car,viewing the car was as expected,wanted to pay cash,transferred money,and this is where things went wrong,was told it had been passed to accounts department and could take 4 hours,this is not acceptable,I have purchased cars before and I'm driving off within the hour ,I viewed this car around 11 am finally got told at 14.15 everything done.
If i was applying for finance it's understandable,but not to be told do you want to go home and we'll call you,I had a 2 year old with me,luckily my dad was also with me to keep things calm,but I must say if I'd been told possibly 4 hours I would not have made the journey and looked elsewhere,I think more annoyingly my dad had spoke to the sales team the day before regarding the urgency and was assured as long as funds were transferred before 2pm it wasn't a problem,perhaps they should have been more honest regarding the timescale

Picked up my Ford puma Gen E from Vertu Redditch on Friday.
Right from the first meeting with Joe Graham , nothing but great customer service .
He answered all my questions and let me test drive 3 Evs before deciding on the puma .
Joe was extremely knowledge and very polite and friendly.
Car arrived within the month.Very pleased with the car so far.
