This is our 3rd car we've bought from Vertu in the last year... it's a family thing... my sister has also purchased hers. We ask bought from the newcastle Vertu on scotswood road. Sarah has handled all our purchases and I would highly recommend her. Terrible customer service
Despite numerous calls and messages confirming my appointment, I arrived at the garage to be told the car I was coming to view was sold. They made no effort to apologise for a wasted journey then seemed annoyed that i didn’t hang around to look at other cars even though they had none of the one I wanted in stock. Maybe next time, ring the customer just out of courtesy.
