Lack of communication
Have always purchased cars from Vertu/ Bristol street with no problems at all, but this time there was no communication ,we had to call them to get updates from , even though they said they'd call us! We started purchasing car about beginning of October finally picking it up beginning of November

Best buying experience ever!
We have purchased many brand new cars and this was by far the best experience. Friendly, knowledgeable people who showed us a sincere welcome to the showroom. No pushy sales staff, just friendly polite individuals.
Sam Martin presented and handed over the car, spending time to go through the various functions in great detail. We left with not only our new car but with a smile on our faces.
We travelled from London to buy the car and the trip was absolutely worth it. Would definitely go back to Vertu Worcester.

Welcomed with happy friendly supportive staff. Relaxed atmosphere amongst staff which flowed through their approach to visitors.
My appointment with Jordon was on time and was guided through to the area where I met Jordon.
Greeting was warm, preferred choice of name used. Amazing.
Jordons care for me throughout the procedure of buying my new car was amazing on the day and days leading up to the sale of my car.
Emails, telephone calls ,texts and visits kept me up to date with it all.
Had time to ask questions freely.
Time spent with paperwork was completed in a timely way going at my pace. Explaining every detail perfectly before any signature.
Was given time to look around my car on the outside and in. Boot opened and viewed. Jordon walked me through all the different changes on and in the vehicle giving me time to absorb all the information and try.
Great support.
The vehicle was lovely and clean and exciting to have and drive off in.
Georgia i also met and supported me well with finances I made and came to greet me on the handover day too.
Tom, too also greeted myself and wished me well with my new car and to call if I needed further support and any concerns.
This was a great help to me.

I had to chase each time
I had to chase each time during the ordering and registering of the car with a phone call or email. The car was promised would be delivered to a closer dealers to me and it wasn't, when I queried this I was told it was delivered to them so I could have it delivered to the house instead by a delivery driver. Not handy when you want a full handover as its our first electric car.
I still have finance to be settled by the dealer and I have no doubt I will be chasing that too later this week.
Good customer service isn't difficult. But bad customer service is difficult to recover from.

Incompetent
I’ve left my car for “tire pressure sensor malfunction” on my rare rh tire. Next day after pick up I’ve got again the same message but this time 3 sensors showed malfunction. When I’ve called they redirect me to CS but for few minutes no one pick up call and shortly after call has been terminated. On top of that, before last issue i’ve left my car 3 times there for leak on screen wash system and 3 times I’ve got a feedback „there’s no leak” while full tank lasted max 2 days. Finally they found leak when I’ve showed them pictures where exactly I can see wet spot under bonnet. So I can give for that service max 1 star as I’ve found it very incompetent. I highly DO NOT recommend it.

Hello Radka, we are very sorry to hear you feel our service was below standard. During your first visits we were unable to replicate the fault with your washer fluid leak. We then held the vehicle for a few days, removing all the front of the vehicle and finally located a faulty pipe. You then declined to have the pipe replaced. We did not charge you for the labour to remove and refit the front end of your vehicle. The TPMS was replaced under warranty. We first replaced 1 and then later a second faulted this was again covered under warranty. Again we are sorry you feel we did not meet the standards you expected. - no pressure or over selling, explained what extras were and why they may be of benefit
-no hassle in getting multiple quotes, no overbearing follow up pushing a sale.
No issues with part ex and gave as much time as I wanted when taking new car to go through the features, will see how aftercare goes in coming months
