We were welcomed in by Josh Winter, instead of rushing us around the cars, he checked if we had time, then offered us refreshments. We sat and chatted about our requirements and Josh advised us about the best choices, in a considerate manner. We purchased a vehicle and would go back to Vertu, and definitely ask for Josh!

Good sales service

Staff were great as always. Very helpful and thorough. Helped me find the right car for me.

After taken my bmw x6 in for a recall of both airbags and a new body control module which failed. After collecting the car I found that driving the car the rear view camera wasn't working, the PDC wasn't working and the rear hatch did not open, bearing in mind all these issue's were working before the car went in. Also after I got the car back I noticed a crack in the wing around the headlight about an inch long, also my running boards aluminium were covered in oily boot marks and one of the foot slip grommets was missing the running boards were only three month old which I replaced myself.
After talking to the staff ( who I must say were very nice and have no complaints about there service ) I was told to bring the car back.
After having the car for three weeks I called and was told bmw was going to do a free software update then to be told bmw will not honour the update because the car has pattern parts on After they took my £1,250 for the repair and new key
The only pattern parts on the x6 to my knowledge is LED bulbs.
Then after driving my car home it started to rain and yes you guessed it the wipers didn't work driving my car in the dark with no wipers is not acceptable from a bmw dealer.
Very very disappointed with vertu bmw for the shoddy workmanship the damage to my car in there presence and not resolving the issues that were fine before I took the car in to vertu.
I have booked my x6 in to an auto electrician on the 15th December to get these issues resolved that vertu bmw boldon Sunderland should have resolved.i will wait and see what the independent auto electrician says before I take this further to the motor trader ombudsman and other parties.
