AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! DO NOT BUY. Purchased a dress on here that looked really nice, turned out to be the complete opposite. Quality of the dress was absolutely appalling and looked nothing like what was stated on the website. It seems like they get the pictures from somewhere else and pose like it’s from them. Order took way longer than expected to come for it to look so cheap. Material was paper thin. Number on the website does not even work also to speak to someone. I tried to contact for a refund but they very difficult and ended up no responding anymore. This is their titac. They also lie where they are based as well. Will never order from here again and will be telling others to do the same. ORDER AT YOU OWN RISK!!! DONT BUY!!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!!!

Do not buy, more expensive version of Temu and Shein AND wrong item description! No customer service support, waste of time and money, this business should be banned from trading!

Do not buy from them. I ordered x2 dresses, arrived 2weeks later, items are not the same as website, cheap material, requested for a refund, via email & website, no response after sending message numerous times , over 30days now still no response on refund process.

Horrific experience, DO NOT order from this website.
First of all, the images they use are copied from other brands and the actual product they send out is a cheap copy that doesn’t look like the photos at all.
I ordered a dress which was a completely different fabric to what shown and they refused to refund the return costs, even though the website states that if the product sent it wrong of faulty, they would cover the return fees.
What’s worse though is, even though I paid for the return out of own pocket just the send it back and they have the cost refunded, their return process was so disorganised that the dresses got stuck in customs in china and they have yet to issue a refund for the items. It’s been over two months now and I still haven’t received a refund, even though I followed the steps exactly as on the instructions and this was then out of hands.
Customer service has been absolutely horrific, no responses or if I get one it seems like an automated one without looking into the actual issue.
This company will need to be reported.

nothing like the photo, awful cheap material too. I wanted to return and they got back saying I have to pay for international shipping and get 20% refund....???? ridiculous. Do not buy

I emailed regarding a return and never heard back and now I have to keep the item and bought it, as they won’t reply back. So I would definitely not recommend buying from this brand. Scammers. Also the item doesn’t look like the picture it’s a different design.

I brought 2 dresses from here & immediately emailed saying to cancel after reading other reviews (I probably should’ve read beforehand!). There was no option to ‘cancel orders’ like normal websites would have. This was a month ago… I’ve been emailing ever since & I have been ignored every time. Their customer service is shocking! They aren’t based in Amsterdam.. they are based in china. Scams !!!!

The company pretend to be based in Amsterdam but are actually in China. I bought a dress which was not good quality and not true to size so had to return it. I paid £50 for the dress and another£15 for the postage. I sent it back within 2 days of receiving it. I tracked the package and saw it was at their local depot waiting for customs tax to be paid. Veron will not reply to my emails and obviously had no intention of paying or collecting the parcel. Avoid this company they are terrible.

Avoid this website if you want to keep your money !! Wish I had read the reviews prior to buying!! Bought two dresses and was only sent 1!! Waited over 3 weeks for it to arrive and you can not get in touch with anyone!!! Says on the website aims to respond in 1-2 hours yet waiting 2 weeks for a response from about 10 emails and the number they provide on their website constantly goes to voicemail!! Dress is cheap crap as well!

Scam website! Super cheap products. Bought size 5 shoes, that were more like size 7. Have been trying to return, but they do not respond to emails and their number does not work. Products are horrible and so cheap, not to standards.
Has only been operating for 4 months, so will shut down soon.

Honestly, if I could give this company a zero star I would, this is one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with. They advertise themselves to be something they’re not and every single item on their page is not what is described. They take screenshots from influencers or other companies who have the products they supposedly sell, and they showcase it or something they actually sell. The quality is appalling and they won’t send you the return address until you’ve actually bought the item and noticed how terrible it is. I feel at the moment I’m almost having to fight for my own money because they’ve sold me an item which feels fake and the entire situation feels so fraudulent. The item is not even as described plus you can probably find the same items on another website such as AliExpress. Keep in mind the shipping is also appalling. Purchase from them at your own risk, but just a reminder that if you want to return anything it is international shipping which you will have to pay for.

Took my money for a women’s fleece and stated 3-5 business days for delivery . Still not received my item now 12 days later. Appalling customer service and nobody replied!!!!

Ordered turned up today and it’s the wrong colour I bought!!!! Utter disaster of a company

I bought 5 dresses from Véron The Label for my girlfriend. Delivery was quicknthe package arrived within a week, which I wasn’t expecting. The quality of the dresses is actually really nice and they look just like the pictures. Out of the 5, only 2 were a little tight on her, but nothing major. She loved the styles and was happy with the overall fit.

TO SUM UP BELOW: AVOID THIS FRAUDULENT WEBSITE, BASICALLY NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY TAKES WAY TOO LONG

I bought a dress for my girlfriend and it took nearly 3 weeks to deliver… and don’t even get me started on the customer service. The contact number goes straight to voicemail when you ring it and it took me 2 attempts at emailing them for me to finally get a response on the tracking for the dress.

Safe to say the dress eventually came, however it isn’t good quality for the price I paid and didn’t even look like the dress I saw on the picture. I fear this is a fraudulent website so I recommend avoid buying from Verón The Label.

I’ve sent an email asking for a return label and no response yet after 2 days, (the website says they aim to respond to all emails within 1-2 hours😂😂) , I have sent yet another email for my return as I have 30 days from receiving the parcel to get my money back. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a delivery and return process.

I bought a dress and it was extremely poor quality and looked nothing like the product photo. I tried my best to email on their website to see their refund instructions but no response as at all from their email address or tel no. I only have thirty days to get the returns label and so I have tried every day to call the contact telephone number but no answer. The company is based in Holland. I suspect it is a fraudulent site.
