Do not buy ordered a dress they sent me the wrong dress and want me to pay to return **AVOID**

Do not buy from this company. I wish I had read the reviews before buying. They claim to be in The Netherlands, however, things are sent from China taking ages to be sent. I went to pick up my item to the post office and was told nothing was there. I tried contacting their customer service email to locate my item and got no response. After 4 emails, they email back saying they would send my request for a return to management. 5th email in and no response back. Absolute scam!

I have already reviewed this company on here due to the item clearly not being what I ordered. Veron came back to me saying I had to pay to return to China. I raised a dispute with Paypal who have ruled in my favour and are refunding me the full amount. Way to to Paypal

Sent three emails to this company asking to return the item which nobody is responding. Spent £50 on this item! Very disappointed.

Ordered a dress for a wedding, didn't come in time then i've tried to return the dress which requires me emailing the support email to generate return details, I've had no response to about 5 emails I've sent.

Fake items, poor quality and nothing like the pictures. Unable to return as it states you have to email them to get your return accepted. I spent £80 which is now lost. We should all do something about this! They need shutting down

1 star is far too much! Vernon will post from Amsterdam but ask you to return to China! Jacket ordered was very poor quality and nothing like picture advertised. Postage back is a minimum of £33! I've now lost £70 on a cheap jacket. Customer service is appalling to deal with, little or no contact back. I should have checked out reviews first, live and learn!

The dress my daughter ordered did not fit, but we could not get any replies in order to return the dress (tried multiple times via email, website and the mobile number which went to voicemail). Very sad experience, especially as my daughter paid for the dress herself.

Product looks nothing like the picture, they make it impossible to do a return and instead offer a 20% instant return which would mean getting £8 back on my £40 order ????

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with!! Please avoid!!!

This company appears to be a scam. I ordered a black “coat” that looked high-quality and luxurious on their website — but what I received was nothing like the photos or description. The material was extremely thin, cheap, and absolutely not suitable for autumn or winter. It looked more like a flimsy fast-fashion item worth a few pounds, not the £60 I paid.

I contacted them multiple times, and only after my 5th email did they finally reply. Instead of accepting the return, they repeatedly pushed a 20% discount and told me to keep the item. I refused, because the product was clearly not as described.

I eventually sent the item back — to China, not Amsterdam as their website claims and had to pay £27 in return postage out of my own pocket. I requested this cost back because they misrepresented the product and the company location, but they refused. The return address they provided now doesn’t even appear to be valid.

I am currently filing a chargeback with my bank and reporting the company to the relevant consumer authorities.

This company is misleading customers, refuses to follow consumer protection laws and provides products completely different from what they advertise.
Please stay away!!! save your money and avoid the stress!!

Bought early October believing they’re in Amsterdam but they’re in China!
Arrived 2 weeks late and poor quality. I have emailed their ‘customer service’ 3 times to arrange a return and no response! Yet they’re marketing emails SPAM me.

1 Star – Deeply Disappointing Experience with Veron the Label

I would strongly advise against purchasing from Veron the Label. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The items I received were not listed accurately, and when I raised the issue, the company refused to issue a refund despite the clear misrepresentation.

What’s worse, none of the listings disclosed that the products are shipped directly from China, resulting in long delays and poor transparency throughout the process. When I tried to reach out to customer service for help, their responses were slow, dismissive, and entirely unhelpful. It’s clear that they care only about taking customers’ money, not about providing honest service or quality products.

The quality of what arrived was highly inadequate compared to what was advertised, and the entire experience felt deceptive from start to finish.

Do not waste your time or money with this company. There are far better, more trustworthy brands out there that actually stand by their products and treat customers with respect.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my wife, who ordered a coat from Veron The Label. What arrived was shockingly different from the product photos and description: the coat was of extremely poor quality, partially damaged, and looked nothing like what was advertised.

She contacted the company immediately, and only after sending a second email did they respond—days later. They asked for photos (which she provided), but offered no clear return instructions and insisted that she must pay for return postage, despite the item being faulty.

This is unacceptable and violates UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to a full refund and return shipping coverage when goods are damaged or misrepresented. Veron The Label’s return policy contradicts this and appears designed to discourage legitimate complaints.

We are now escalating the issue through PayPal and reporting the seller to Trading Standards. I strongly advise others to avoid this shop. The product quality, customer service, and disregard for legal obligations are deeply disappointing.

Scammers. I wish I read reviews first! Bought a bag and the item I received was such poor quality and looked nothing like the photos.

This was end August I bought this and I’ve been trying to get a refund ever since. I keep getting their marketing emails even though I’ve unsubscribed and their bots just email back occasionally saying ‘we have your query and have forwarded it on’ useless. Thank god I didn’t purchase more

Avoid at all costs

This site intentionally misleads their customers. All items are from China and returns have to be sent at the customers expense back to China. This is not mentioned on their returns page. Their business address is Amsterdam and they supply a UK contact number. The product I purchased was also very poor quality. I would strongly advise not to use Veronthelabel.

Bad quality and no communication regarding a return AVOID!!!
