Advice before the purchase and the handling were very good. Unfortunately, the shorts and jersey (both Velodrome's own brand) turned out differently than expected. Unfortunately, returns are not free and the refund took a few days.

De site is eenvoudig en duidelijk voor een bestelling.
De bestelling loopt gigantisch vlot en snel. Het is de eerste keer dat ik iets bestel en ben zeer tevreden.
Ik zal niet twijfelen om opnieuw iets te bestellen en het is zeker een aanrader voor anderen. De aflevering en de tracking alles prima en heel professioneel.

2 weeks late, with delivery express payment
They offer clear delivery dates, and specifically offer an express delivery. You have to pay extra, but then you get your products within 1-2 days.
Eventually I didn't even get a confirmation e-mail so fast. And my products 2 weeks later.
They didn't answer to my e-mails. But I did get an e-mail send from their service desk meant to someone else, included were also other personal e-mails for customers. So they're not GDRP proof either. Now my contact details are probably somewhere public too.
I eventually did get my products. But didn't get my money back from the delivery express service.
