Replacement received, better but not as per pictures, battery barely lasts a day but customer service a lot better. Offered 50% refund but not received would seriously consider buying this product still

Finally got to use it, roots actually perked up
put it straight in the water and ignored the label honestly, but the moment I checked after two days the roots actually looked less dry. not like the last shop stuff that just sat sticky on top, this one absorbs fast.

The lost batteries
Fast delivery and how easy it was to order. The only problem I did have was when it was delivered the box was crushed. I don't believe it left your warehouse like that, but I did lose one pack of batteries. They had come apart and fell out of the box. So, otherwise I will buy again in the future.
