Worst customer service I have ever came across, don’t respond to emails, they make it extremely difficult to talk to some one by phone. Increased a fine whilst I was waiting for a email response and then they sent the follow up letter to the wrong address. Finally when I did get email response they didn’t acknowledge the facts and then finished off with saying we will not respond any further.

Thieves are the lowest of the low but vehicle control services Ltd make them look like saints.

Worst company EVER!!!

Was told by the job centre on innovation park Liverpool I was ok to park outside there job centre and I received two PCN at a £100 each or £60 if paid in 14 days , I got one notice in November and it was from February and the other was from July tried to ring them on general inquiries but was directed to payment line and rang direct number off Google and by surprise no answer after ringing for over an hour waiting for them to answer so nobody in the office and a total waist of time and effort. This firm needs investigation in to the on goings , and do they have an office I wonder seems a bit dodgy to me .-10/10 for professionality ( SCUM IF YOU ASK ME ) RAY

The telephone operator was extremely rude to me a person clearly in distressed state! They were almost making fun of me and mocking me while telling me how he wanted to issue more fines to me and take more of my money. Not a nice company to deal with at all

I parked in a parking bay which they deemed wasn't an official parking bay and issued me with a ticket...my appeal complete with photographic evidence was rejected, Leeds Bradford airport would not get involved at all even though it is their property not VCS's. I didn't want the hassle of taking it further which they say would have cost me 3 times the amount if I wasn't succesful. A completely immoral company that won't get another chance to rip me off.

I am not surprised they have got this many bad reviews. They dont care. Money is all they are concerned with. Nothing else.
Had broken down on the side of the road. Their van and employee asked me to move. I told her what happened and she said move as soonvas you can. I have now received a notice.from them. Tried to reply to the number they gave. But all options to tell them what happened direct to payments.

Had no idea you changed the car park limit from 3 hours, to 2, thanks guys 👍

Absoloute con artists!
They persuaded my partner to appeal and then said no and slapped her with a £170 fine to cover the costs.
Absoloutley disgusting company!
It's sad to see how many people have had to deal with these cowboys! The people that work there are cold and calculated and just throw any excuse to force you to pay, there is no reasoning with them because at the end of the day they have one job, and that's to squeeze whatever they can out of you .

Scummy company who hide behind a PO Box.
Their website states Parking by Professionals. there's no professionals there, only crooks.

We were taken to court previously and won as the parking notice was issued outside of the dates specified in the regulations .
We since had another parking ticket same mistake outside of guidelines, instead of VCS apologising for the error they sent back a garbled response to the appeal .
I decided to pay as the last time I lost 2 days work messing about with defence etc and really not worth it .
They are pure scum, nothing honourable about this company at all .
And they go to court often as its done on a no win no fee so they have very little to loose, but if you loose the bill is around £500 as they claim for anything they can even debt collection letters that they print off !
Totally ruthless money grabbing company with no morals

Got a ticket from the mobile van.
Pulled into the bus stop as door open warning sign was on. Litrally took 15 seconds to get out and close as VCR's evidence shows.
Funnel system when online and then website coming up with errors so unable to process etc and telephone number given is just an answer phone that messes you about and then cuts dead.
Update Now want £170 for been unable to contact them. For some reason have to give them one star 😡 more like 5 💩

I received a £100 notice at Bristol airport on land that doesn’t even belong to the airport from vehicle Control services. I made An internal appeal which was rejected as predicted, and took it to arbitration, and then it was withdrawn. The female driver will go to any lengths to try to catch you, I tried to explain it was private land and she just smiled well she’s probably not now, very unprofessional outfit try lying and bully boy tactics. The van even completely blocked the access road forcing oncoming vehicle to have to stop in order to catch me. I am now taking legal action to recover the time iv wasted on these jokers.

Parked in the tenants parking space to do a clean on this property, got a privacy notice popped on my car saying. Images of this car and its registration number have been recorded for the purpose of parking enforcement. This data is collected in order to identify the responsible party as we have reasonable cause that a contravention has occurred. So not an actual ticket was left, so we thought it was just a warning so as not to park there again! WRONG!!!! I Wrote advising I was using the tenants space, but they just wrote back saying this was not an excuse and I am liable to pay! Utterly disgusting, how are we supposed to carry out cleaning when you get sent a fine through the post? After reading all of these comments, I think the staff are just robots as they dont have a empathetic bone in their bodies, especially with Blue badge holders, I think its a disgrace!!!!!!!

I've just win my court case today with these criminals. They were in breach of alsorts of things. I just hate to think about all the people that have paid fines purely because they were bullied into it. I plan to make a video on YouTube about my case and I've also contacted the local paper. It needs to get out into the public what this company is trying to do.

I accidentally went past the turning to the drop off point by 6ft I reversed and went into the drop off, paid the 5 pound to get out, by making that mistake iv had a fine so disappointed to read these reviews, we're being ripped off, and the airport supports the company!

Went to pick my brother up from college was given permission by them to park where I was as it’s what most comfortable for him with his disabilities a lady tried to give me a ticket I kindly explained my reasoning and even showed the blue badge I said he’s coming out now he just takes a while to walk for her in response to say she didn’t care about his special needs and it’s an “excuse” I even moved ,for her to swear at me and give me abuse! I was honestly so shocked when I realised how much of a nasty person she was I took my phone out to record her I have evidence of her abuse towards me.

No sure they know what they are doing had a fine for not displaying blue badge ? The badge is for on street parking ONLY the disabled bays are there because of the equality act 2010 not sure how you write into your terms and conditions the badge that's for on street parking so if you forget a badge but qualify to park under equality 2010 they can't discriminate and fine you but they try

I defended a PCN to Court and won. The judge was very critical of their conduct throughout the proceedings. If anyone needs my Court docs, hit me up, I am more than happy to share.

This company is a absolute joke, after getting two parking tickets for parking at my property March last year, they threatened me with court,so I said bring it on, several times this last year they've wrote to me saying they've got a strong case and to pay immediately or pay costs as well, just been notified by the court no action because they didn't pay to have it heard, fight this company as much as you can, they're thieves liars and will rob you blind if you let them.

Do not pay them. I honestly thought this was a scam. They are reliant on people folding under their threats but do not pay up. They have no legal rights and you will beat them in court. They ignore your letters and appeals so don't waste your time. They are a nasty company and just look at all the reviews

Do not give into their bullying demands when you know you are in the right. They invested time and money to make a poor attempt to defend the indefensible in court and lost! Greedy bullying organisation that must be fought at every opportunity. Their business will likely disappear from 2024 onward when regulations are coming in to curtail their cowboy tactics but hopefully it will be sooner.
