This company already do the best sours beers out there but they recently showed that they also have incredible customer service. Had an issue with an order recently and the speed at which Cammy dealt with the issue was phenomenal. Thanks so much 🙂

I had an issue with discounts whilst paying using a gift card - after a couple of emails backwards and forwards Cammy sorted me out - Great customer service thanks.
What helps of course is that the sours are also fantastic!!!

Not the first time and certainly won’t be the last time I order form the hvault city guys. Excellent service as always, I made a mistake in my order and Cammy was kind enough to help me out with an amendment not once but twice!! What a legend and what patience too.

I was bought vouchers for my birthday and deleted the email by accident but Vault City were so helpful and resent sent them to me. Thanks to Cammy. We are looking forward to a visit to Edinburgh and drinking some of their delicious beers.

I had an issue with a delivery going missing. I contacted customer service and Cammy immediately responded by reporting the issue to the courier and ultimately the problem was resolved. Cammy could not have been more understanding and helpful. Thank you so much.

After finding their taproom on a trip to Edinburgh and sampling the Iron Brew, I've been a massive fan of their beers.

Order online quite often now and only once had an issue where some limited beers had quickly sold out. However, speaking with Cammy, quickly resolved the issue for me.

Always recommend to my friends when I'm purchasing.

Love this company, the beers are ofcourse right up my alley. If I could I would buy all of them (except for the ones with banana haha but I just hate banana).
But their customer service is amazing. Every single time i ask them something, because either i don't know something, have not been reading good enough or if something did not go as it was supposed to they answer quick and personal. They've helped me with everything and are always kind.

Favourite beers as sours are hard to come about. Cammy rushed through an order so I could get them for a party a few days later. Prices are very fair if you consider ingredients and process and compare them to bottle shops.

get a stomach ache everytime. taste more like fruit juice than beer.

Compelled to write a review as the negative ones on here absolutely did not reflect my experience.
I took them up on the offer they had recently, fully expected them to be overrun and slow to deliver. Delivery arrived in just 2 days. Everything packaged well.
Beer all with plenty of shelf life left. Highly recommend.

Bought their winter berry crumble which was badly off/contaminated and undrinkable. Fine, that can happen sometimes. After some chat with customer service was generously offered a £5 voucher to spend online. Delivery for their (overpriced) beers is £5… So they want to apologise by getting me to buy more of their beer? Any self-respecting company would’ve offered a refund or some beer to be sent to me. Was then blanked after suggesting this voucher wasn’t the most helpful thing. Clearly not interested in keeping their customers happy. Plenty of other breweries worth supporting over this.

I ordered beer that was to be given to someone as a present on a particular day, reading (probably in error) that they routinely ship with next day delivery. When within 24 hrs I had not been notified of the shipment and hence realised that they delivery would arrive too late to be presented as a gift, I replied to the roder confirmation email in attempt to cancel.
No reply to my emails, contact attempts via website, instead an invoice and confirmation of shipment 24hrs after I placed the order.
There are no T&Cs on the website, nor a cancellation/refund policy, and no phone number.
Super disappointing customer service!

Ordered 12 beers well before Easter for BBQ and didnt arrive. When they did arrive I was 4 beers short. Very expensive for this experience, not even an apology..
Rubbish, won't use again

Ordered online and visited both their bars and had a fabulous experience with both online and in-person interactions. Well done. Top team!
