Fantastic craft beer company that produces the best sour style beers you can buy. Vault City are always coming out with new flavors based on things I remember from my childhood. I particularly like their mini eggs stout but to be honest there are so many I do enjoy that it's actually hard to choose :-)

The taste on this beer is absolutely lovely, some are costly but definitely worth it. The delivery is brilliant same day dispatch with delivery to my local pick up point next day free of charge. I’ve only had to reach out to the team once to query when or if they were restocking certain beers and had a response within a couple of hours. Cannot fault the experience with vault city so far! Will be ordering from them again.

Love Vault City beers, they’re my favourite. Had to reach out to them in relation to an issue and they dealt with it straight away and with no fuss. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend!

Love these folks products, some truly amazing flavours and innovative ideas. Pushing the boundaries and doing it with style.

Peach and Lemon Twist ice cream sour manages to deliver exactly what it says on the tin. It's a perfectly balanced mix of fruity, sweet, and sour. Absolutely nailed the style. Like drinking a sundae. Perfect desert beer. 10/10, no more to say.

These guys are taking sour beer to the next level. I’ve always been a fan, but this is a cut above. Ordering from them is always easy and the deals they do from time to time are good value.

I visited wee vault a couple of years go and fell in love with sour beers. I've ordered twice from Vault City and each order has arrived perfectly. I made a mistake on one of my orders and the customer service I have received has been absolutely fantastic with a real quick fix given by the company even though the error made was mine.

I’m a regular customer at my Vault city. Delivery times are really quick and beers are packaged well. Last week I ordered a few beers with the intention of getting them delivered to my local premier for free delivery. I ended up pressing the wrong button and got charged for home delivery. I emailed customer services asking to cancel my order so I could reorder and get free delivery. I received an email back to say that my order had already been packed and processed so couldn’t be cancelled but was refunded my £4.99 delivery cost. Thought this was a really nice gesture and great customer service.

I’m a regular customer - love the range of beers and clear labelling about allergens! Had a couple of small errors with recent orders but both rectified quickly and efficiently by Camm and Janina, you can’t ask for more than that really!

I have enjoyed drinking the amazing beers from Vault City over the last few years. Recently there was a small problem with one of my orders and I made contact with the organisation. Within minutes of sending the email Cammy came back to me to apologise and confirm she had a resolution in hand. Outstanding customer service. Keep up the amazing work guys. No one does beers or service like Vault City.

Great beer and outstanding customer service, I had an issue with the delivery company and Cammy kept in touch trying to investigate, even through what I know would have been a very busy Christmas period - I can’t wait to visit the taproom in person one day! 10/10 level of service!

As well as great beer the customer care is superb. I had a voucher that I couldn't work but they sorted the issue which was entirley down to me. The beer comes well packed and there is alway a great selection for all tastes. Thanks guys for your great beer and service.

I've ordered beer from Vault City several times before and never had any issues. More recently I ordered a coffee collab product from their website, and on arrival I noticed an issue with the roasting and best before dates. I reached out to VC, and they got back to me incredibly quickly with a friendly and helpful response, resolving the issue straight away. This was very much appreciated and certainly hasn't put me off from ordering again. Thank you!

This company already do the best sours beers out there but they recently showed that they also have incredible customer service. Had an issue with an order recently and the speed at which Cammy dealt with the issue was phenomenal. Thanks so much 🙂
