Hi Kevin,
We're very sorry to hear about your recent experience. We completely understand your frustration, especially after paying for 4-day delivery and not receiving your order until 8 days later.
We do our best to ensure all orders are delivered on time, but unfortunately, in this case, there was an error on the part of Royal Mail which caused the delay. We did send you an email regarding the rescheduling, and we're truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.
This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand your disappointment. If you haven't already, please get in touch with us direct, we’d really like the opportunity to make this right.
Kind regards,
Vape House Uk.

Been a regular customer for a good…
Been a regular customer for a good while now, really good choice of vape pens and flavours, super fast delivery from payment to actually receiving the order and very reasonable prices. Customer service and package tracking service is always on point, I always know when to expect them through the door. Yes sometimes the vape pens themselves clog up inside but that's to be expected with disposable vape pens, not the shops fault, just a chance you take. Definitely recommend to anyone!
