They send something else in its place. Never take anything from them. This is a fraud, they absolutely lie, write something on the site and send something else.

I reached out via email requesting any help and offered you discount for '2 MONTHS' as its Christmas and were in good spirit.
Im absolutely fuming that you trying to tarnish our brand image for no reason what so ever, your really unjust as an individual.
I have and still trying to amend and rectify the problem... Please if your that offended and were a fraud. WHY HAVENT YOU REQUESTED A REFUND FROM ME...... its been 10 DAYS.
Im willing to refund the whole amount and if you have opened 1 unit out of the ten i will give you FULL REFUND.
