Had ordered twice in the past no issues but made an order 6 days ago and no confirmation email or dispatch and they are ignoring all messages

Scam, sent rice instead of vapes !

I bought 5 vapes a week ago, and to this date, I have no reply to my emails, the status is still "unfulfilled", nothing. I think this website doesn't work anymore, so go somewhere else if you want to receive your vapes fast, or just receive them.

Placed my order and when I received no notification of despatch, I emailed them twice but received no reply. I messaged through their Facebook page with the same result. To date I have received no vapes and no contact. Avoid, don't waste your money!

Never had any problems with vapefilm and will be buying more of there products

Order was originally wrong. however, the owner contacted me and set it right with a free vape of my choice. Will be buying again

Don’t buy from here .. they send me less items that I order and in the end I still wait to do something for this .. refund or redeliver that I ordered

This company had the vape flavour I wanted after trying several other companies.

I've ordered from vapefirm several times. Always excellent service. A little hiccup with the recent order but quickly resolved and delivered on time. Also got a 15% discount on my next order which i'm very happy about. Great service!!

How can this site get so many 5-star reviews? I haven’t received my vapes, and it is over two weeks ago, since I placed my order. I have contacted costumer service and they told me that they had a robbery, stock and computers were stolen and tried to buy me off with something else. They won’t send my money back, they won’t respond to my messages. This is a scam and so unprofessional. How can you do a business like this? Don’t buy anything from here, you won’t get it.

I wish there was a confirmation email, or a text letting me know when I can receive my package or allowing me to easily access the tracking of my package

Great customer service , the vapes I wanted weren't in stock so they gave me a call and I got offered different flavours instead , took so much time to help me choose a flavour I'd like, delivery was quick as I ordered from Ireland, couldn't recommend vapefirm enough.

I chose a flavour that wasn’t in stock and I received a phonecall to ensure it was ok to double up on the other flavour I chose or if I wanted to choose something else- usually you get a very impersonal email to notify you, hearing a voice from a call and feeling ‘important’ enough as a consumer/customer that they take the time and effort to call is absolutely fantastic and is what’s missing in the purchasing industry right now. Due to vape firm going that extra mile has ensured that I will not only be a returning customer but I also will recommend them too. The only thing better than the personal call would’ve been given something as a ‘goodwill’ gesture to make up for the disappointment of the originally chosen item being unavailable.
