Excellent communication and rapid delivery- The customer service is exceptionally good. Whenever I have needed advice on a product or there is an issue with the stock availability, they are so good at dealing with any query swiftly and efficiently. I would never use any other website. NOT CUSTOMER FOCUSED - Buy from others there are lots!
I ordered two vapes that are from the brand ELUX. Instead I was sent two times aroma king for gummy bear. A decent business would have covered the cost of postage for making an error.
Instead, I was condescendingly and erroneously told in an email that "they are the same. I can certainly tell you they are NOT the same. They taste and hit differently so no. Thanks for informing me that you do not get high on your own supply but nonetheless...
In Consumer Bill of Rights, if someone gets something wrong they must restore the customer's original purchase or refund. I even offered to send back via recorded and despite a tracking number, the business states they did not receive it at all and will not send me what I actually purchased.
VapeFast have forever lost my custom and I will ensure that the other businesses are not registered to this Company number 12483086. It seems as though they are trading under a company that has been dissolved so I could not find anything more and the business premise is not registered to a business selling vapes either.
I usually order like 4 per month for various people. So by refusing to assist with about £20 margin they will lose £100s in margin.

I ordered the limited edition ElfBar and they sent me the normal version and when I emailed them they said the limited edition out of stock so they sent me the same flavour instead of just refunding me the money.
Never going to trust them again on any product.

I an a regular customer but this last order was terrible. Firstly, came late. Secondly, i had to call twice as they had missing items (always the case). Thirdly, usually they swap or give refund but this time just chose their own alternatives - which is a no no!! I got some flavours which are too harsh and not my taste!

Never again
My delivery has so far been scheduled for 3 different time slots all of which were cancelled after the advised time by the courier. I have now changed to a collection from a local agent and hope to get my goods in the near future. No doubt I will not be refunded by the courier. I will not be purchasing from this company again as they use a totally unreliable courier service.
Update. I finally collected the parcel and discovered the items are incorrect. I have been in touch with the seller and will update this review once the issue has been resolved. I must add that the person I spoke to was very helpful and now we wait....
Update… they did not have the item I ordered but gave an immediate full refund.

Checked statement order was actually partially refunded £16.99 and there was me thinking it hadn’t been so all is now resolved.
Good prices and reasonable service I think the issue I had with something I ordered not being in stock was hopefully a one off but it was a bit of a hassle.

Have not received my item I left my porch open for them to put my parcel in and they could have gone to my neighbouri have had no issues with other deliveries so I now have to go to pick up my parcel from there depot so very dissapointed
