I am sorry to hear that, the order placed on Friday are shipped next working day which is Monday as there is no shipping on weekends.

Issue on my end with bank transfer and dealt with quickly and efficiently by Vape Fast
I ordered and paid via bank transfer and I hadn’t seen the payment had been rejected by my bank. I’d tried to contact via email and Facebook and the messages bounced as I think there is a technical difficulty with the website.
After speaking via WhatsApp my order was shipped and I have received my order today along with a few freebies! Happy with the customer service I received.

I've just received my second order and I'm very pleased with the products. Unfortunately I had some issues with my latest order, and was unable to reach out because all avenues of contact were blocked because of website issues. However the company reached out to me after reading my original 1 * review and explained the issues they were facing and immediately shipped my order. The gentleman was extremely sorry for the inconvenience genuinely so I believe and as a result I now have my order plus a free bottle of juice and will continue to use the company. I also now have a phone number for any future issues.
They have now gone above and beyond to make me a happy customer and I can now throughly reccomend them.
