Van Vault Omdömen 

Contacted, them and told them i was looking for a new lock for a van vault 2 and they told me to buy this lock, didn’t have a single in stock so i had to buy the twin pack. lock didn’t turn up, contacted them again and lock was finally sent, no instructions on how to replace the lock, then found out the lock is to thick for this vault, contacted again and they just said send it back, asked if they had a lock that would fit and got told they don’t have them and i should try and buy one somewhere else. Not great.

Very disappointed with with Van Vault.
Neither locks would work and can't secure my tools. I sent a number of emails and phone calls, over a week later still no response. I requested a replacement or full refund, 10 days from purchase still no reply?
I believe Van Vault are now part of Toolstream Ltd. I will be going legal if I get no joy this week.
Bad experience and won't use Toolstream again.

The Van Vault Tipper I bought does exactly what I need it to. The only thing that let tge service down was that the fastenings for bolting it to the inside of my van were missing when it was delivered.

Great locks and quick service

I had the van vault slim slider which is a great piece of space saving kit but the keys are rubbish and one of my work lads snapped it in the lock! It took 2hours to drill the lock out with a professional locksmith he tried fishing other part of key out first to no avail, anyway once we gained access to change the lock it’s literally just a 70mm padlock that locks it with anti drill face but you cannot purchase the exact lock the drawer comes with even from van vault site!

My van vault stacker turned up slightly damaged and only one key attached to handle on opening it was stiff and out of alignment so I called customer service and they was helpful, going to send a replacement and collect the damaged one. I decided to take vault apart and found a box with keys in jammed under the runner obviously causing the problem. On the next working day I called to advise that I will keep the vault so cancel the return and I pay for the replacement item and I’ll keep as I like the product the lady had no record of a collection and no vault had been re-shipped, did not have a clue and was far from helpful so my original one would never of been collected and a replacement never sent.

Bought a Castor Wheels Set and a 5-lever Lock Twin Pack and haven't got it delivered yet.
After 4 emails and 5 phone calls, after I got 2 confirmations that the delivery will get in 2 to 3 working days, after I got told that the products were not in stock while receiving the email confirmation that the delivery will be in 2 to 3 days, after all there I haven't received my order.
Judge it yourselves. I'd rate it 0 stars if that would be possible.

Apart from the reassurance of extra security, the slider range provides the ability to keep things organised which means saving time on jobs. Delivery service from this company is always excellent. Wholly recommended.

No help from customer service, your on line system does not work. Truly horrendous experience dealing with your company. Never again

It’s okay but the one drawer is not that big probably get about to drill cases in there at push and you need to have room to put it out

Had a order problem and when van vault became aware they couldn’t of done anymore to resolve and help. Felt like I was there number 1 priority with a phone call at 8:01 Monday morning, the problem was sorted in minutes. 5 star service.

Ordered a van vault 2 + castor set direct with van vault. Box turned up, happy with the product. No castors. I called & was told they have been picked & will be delivered by end of week. Didn’t turn up. Called again following week, told they are still picked & i will have them that week! No castors.
Emailed but got no response. Called again only to be told they have no castors & im better off going somewhere like screwfix to buy some!!! Following the phone call, the previous email was replied to, stating i will receive a credit as they have no castors. Van vault credited the cost of castors but didn’t include the VAT in the credit & I had to find some from elsewhere. Very poor!!
