Switched my Business and loving it!
I have recently switched my business from using a lone independent accountant to Vantage and the improvement in service levels are dramatic.
My Client Director has been amazing. Always answers the phone, always responds to emails and when she's away you are allocated another Client Director to support in her absence. Whomever you speak to, they are incredibly knowledgeable and at reasonable cost.
I love the monthly payment plan to spread my cost. Nothing worse than getting a huge tax bill and an accounting bill at the same time.

Do not trust Vantage Accounting
They are not specialists for small businesses, regardless of the packages they advertise. The names of the people I was dealing with changed almost every month. I constantly had to chase for information. Tax returns, PAYE calculations and Payroll calculations were always wrong, which left me to correct their mistakes. When you're running a business you hire accountants to take away the pain and the complicated jargon of the HMRC, to make it easier for you as a business owner to run your business. This was not my experience with Vantage and I advise you not to use them. Wish I could leave 0 out of 5 stars.

I have been with Vantage Accounting for several years and would not consider moving to another accountancy firm.
Everyone in the team responds quickly and promptly and always offers excellent assistance.

Fantastic service for my small business
I've been with Vantage for 6 months now and am really impressed with the service I have received. Becky has given me fantastic support and is always there to answer quick questions even during the end of year busy-ness. Definitely recommend them to any small businesses looking for accounting support.

No question too big or small!

Absolutely shocking. Unprofessional and incompetent. Caused me to have a fine from HMRC and have completely messed up payroll causing my employee significant financial hardship.
