Nothing is too much trouble for Vantage Accounting…
I have worked with Vantage Accounting Ferndown for around eighteen months. I am a self-employed bookkeeper. I have taken my clients to them and worked on the odd one or two clients of theirs.
I have two favourites I like to call upon: Debbie and Lee. They are both highly professional, and nothing is too much trouble for either of them.
As I am a bookkeeper and not an accountant, if I have a query and need that extra little bit of knowledge, all I need to do is pick up the phone and speak to either Debbie or Lee, and I will have the information I need in a detailed form to either absorb myself for future reference or pass the information directly on to my client.
Not very often do I leave a review; however, the help I have had over the last eighteen months was worth writing about.
So, thank you, Debbie and Lee, along with the rest of your team, for being there for my clients and me.

Rude and unhelpful throughout whole…
Rude and unhelpful throughout whole process. Basic tax return completed with no advice on tax savings I was eligible for, I actually had to advise them that they had completely disregarded allowances for depreciation. Would never, ever use their services again.

I just wanted to share how very helpful and supportive Vantage Accounting are - I was very nervous when my old accountant moved my business to Vantage as I had been with her for years BUT I NEEDN'T HAVE BEEN! From the moment Vanatge took over my accounts they have been really excellent in every way - and I was moved to write a review today - this new-ish hassle of having to verify yourself via Gov.UK One Login and then complete a Confirmation Statement via Companies House is all SUCH A HASSLE for an overwhelmed Small Business Owner and today Sam Small was so patient and helpful when I was so stressed and confused and none of the tech was working - my Confirmation Statement is now filed and I can breath a sigh of relief - I really am very grateful to get rid of this headache! 5 star-service INDEED! Vantage Accounting with Sonny, Tax Consultant is brilliant in assisting us sorting our CGT with PRR from the start to finish in just few days and provide us a link to create a Government Gateway ID and UK Property CGT Account. Furthermore, in dealing with property disposal he provides an elaborate reply on tax queries with different situations and its tax implications.

Shockingly poor service and lacking in an ability to communicate professionally…
I had a really unprofessional cold call with one of their employees telling me how ‘lucky’ I was to have him working on my account. I complained and received a full apology. Then they tried to invoice me for a month where they had no access to my accounting software (later confirmed in writing by them but not elected by them!). Now they are trying to tell me I owe them a month’s invoice 6 month’s back when a previous company dealt with my accounts and at no point flagged there was anything outstanding.
