Shockingly poor service and lacking in an ability to communicate professionally…
I had a really unprofessional cold call with one of their employees telling me how ‘lucky’ I was to have him working on my account. I complained and received a full apology. Then they tried to invoice me for a month where they had no access to my accounting software (later confirmed in writing by them but not elected by them!). Now they are trying to tell me I owe them a month’s invoice 6 month’s back when a previous company dealt with my accounts and at no point flagged there was anything outstanding.

Ethan Speechley-Price my account manager and Mahmoud Allbabidi are absolutely amazing, despite my sometimes sketchy input data that takes a couple of rounds to get perfect, they steam through the job and the results speak for themselves.
