Van Monster - Leicester Omdömen 

Rav was brilliant at answering any questions I had a provided, I brought the car remotely I was provided with accurate descriptions, pictures and videos of the car. Rav was conscientious, punctual and polite at all times.

Rav could not do enough to help in buying my car. He went over and above, even coming in on his day off to help sort out my car finance. He did not push the sale of the car and allowed to me decide myself, letting me come in for multiple test drives before I eventually purchased my new car. If every salesman were like Rav, people would be buying a new car every week.

Ravinder described vehicle well. No hard pressure selling technique. Small issue relating to a recall dealt with promptly and overall just a pleasure to deal with.

Second Time buying a van from the Leicester vanmonster branch and both times had great experiences with them. on both occasions rav was the salesman and helped discuss options avaliable and had a no pressure attitude. The van had a quick turn around and was ready and waiting next day. Next time I need a van I won't go anywhere else the guarantees are good and have a well backed company they deal with so you know the vehicles are well looked after before being sold to you

Fantastic service once again from Rav at Van Monster Leicester.

This is the second van that I have purchased through van monster. The first one needed a new engine after doing only 86000 miles. My current van a Peugeot partner that I purchased a year ago from vanmonster is now costing me £2500 in garage bills which is crippling me financially as a self employed tiler.
When I took the van for it’s first service the mechanic told me that they were considering refusing to do the mot because there was oil in the coolant system that meant the headgasket would need replacing amongst other parts. I’m being left with major debts due to buying vans from Vanmonster. I thought that I would be getting a van that would last me many years but that hasn’t seemed to be the case. If Vanmonster could be a bit more understanding and realise that some of these vans have potential engine problems that can cost the customers thousands pounds to sort out, then maybe they could help out and exchange the van. All I want is something reliable that will get me to work. I will await a reply from Vanmonster and see if they are willing to help?

Having recently had my previous van written off it was imperative that I found a replacement as soon as was possible. From initial enquiry to driving away a new van I found the staff at van monster, particularly Ravinda Singh, to be professional, courteous and efficient. So far I am very pleased with my new van, it is the second one I have bought from van monster, and would not hesitate in recommending them.

The sales staff were polite, and knowledgeable, with no high pressure at all, and gave you space to look at several cars in your own time. They also have a good range of cars, at realistic prices. Sometimes buying a car can be a difficult experience, but it was a pleasure dealing with the people at Van Monster. Should you have a problem with your purchase they offer a 14 day full refund, which is a fantastic feature.

Ravi was patient and very helpful with us his colleagues ( whose names we didn't manage to get) went the extra mile to deal with us. So far so good with the car we bought, and I feel that it was worth the trouble to hike from Leicester from London to get our car from this branch.

Really positive experience. Couldn’t find the car we wanted locally & these guys delivered. They got a fresh MOT for us before delivering the car. Communication was really good. I would 100% buy a car from here again. The guy who delivered it was lovely to, very polite and shown me round the car to make sure I was happy. So far so good!

Rav was extremely helpful. Had great knowledge of the various vans in stock. Advised us on what would be best suited to our needs. The hand over was faultless, and the attention to detail was fantastic. Very quick and easy. Would highly recommend these guys.
