Horrible and crooked company
Horrible and crooked company , consumers pleasee stay away from their products. I purchased a gift card and need to call them for assistance. Their agent made me provide them all the card details(including expiration and cvc), and then i was frauded every penny off of my card a few days later, which the transaction said it happened in another country. After weeks of trying to call in and dispute the chrage, and 3xplain to them only their agent had access to the information, they saod it wasnt their problem, wouldnt go into more details.and refused any help. They either scam people within their company or just have zero care for their comsumers. Ill be taking it to the media and public to ensure they get a hit since they dont care about comsumers money or complaints. DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!

I have$100 used $30 then tried ordering somthing from amazon it was denied checked the account someone from amazon used it for there facebook games drained the entire card and they will not refund. I purchased a $100 Visa Vanilla gift…
I purchased a $100 Visa Vanilla gift card from Walgreens The card has some error and doesn't work. I contacted Visa Vanilla one month ago for support. I've sent them all documents requested and they keep asking for the same documents to be sent again with each correspondence. It takes them around 7 days to reply to each email and the card has yet to be replaced. This must be a game they play to simply steal millions of dollars from consumers. I see a class action lawsuit happening here !!! ZERO STARS !!!

Avoid Vanilla Gift Cards – Terrible Customer Service
I would give this company zero stars if I could. A $100 Vanilla Gift Card was purchased as a wedding gift for us in April, and the card has never worked. We have never been able to use it, leaving us out $100.
It is now July, and after countless phone calls and emails to customer service, we still have no resolution. Every interaction has been frustrating. We are repeatedly told someone will follow up, but nothing ever happens. Customer service has been completely unhelpful and has done nothing to fix the problem.
At this point, the entire experience feels like a scam. A gift that was meant to celebrate our wedding has turned into months of wasted time, stress, and frustration. I would strongly recommend avoiding Vanilla Gift Cards and choosing a company that actually stands behind its products and provides real customer support.

I bought a gift card from Dollartree…
I bought a gift card from Dollartree and lost the card same day...and had receipt. Went back to Dollartree and they said I had to call the company on bck of card which was Vanillagift. I did, and someone named Veronica with a thick accent answered the phone, I asked for a US representative or manager because she didn't understand what I was saying. She said they didn't have one. Soooooo I guess even tho that was a Visa giftcard, they will not honor it. So I am totally done with ever getting a gift card from this place or Dollartree.
