I was finding it impossible to apply for an evisa for India. I had paid a scam company, then could not find a way to proceed past the first page of the online application in the government website. When my sister called the agency, Roy stepped up and offered to help. He was amazing! Absolutely amazing. He stayed present with us for over an hour assisting with the complicated process until the application was finalized and submitted. Without his help, I could not have accomplished this. I am so deeply grateful to him for his kindness and competence. I will only use his company for my travel needs going forward. Thank you so much for your help. You accomplished the impossible with kindness and grace!

I requested info in the wee hours of the morning and received a call back in a very reasonable time. I worked with Dave and he gave me a few options. I might have gotten a slightly less expensive fair from an online site but it would have been more layovers and taken longer to get to my destination. The slight increase in price was worth it to me.

I have worked with Dave for over eight years and he has consistently got me good deals in trips to Europe. He listens always what I want and delivers the goods. During the pandemic, when my trip was canceled without the airline notifying me, he advised me on the best way to get my money back. I have recommended Dave to friends who shared with me their satisfaction. I will continue to go back to him for all overseas trips my wife and I plan to take.

I have worked with Dave for many years and he has always been professional, reliable, efficient and a man of his word. Living in a different time zone he has made himself available even on weekends. Valalto's quotes are the best and it is always a pleasure to work with Dave, saving me time and headache!

Excellent experience! Emily was fantastic and answered all my questions and saved me a ton! Will definitely be using Valalto again!

Recently worked with them on multiple occasions and were extremely satisfied with the services provided. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again. Awesome job!

Great customer service! Booked a flight with Roy and oh boy was he a pleasure to do business with. Very professional!!

Great service

Smooth process, great prices. Best costumer service. Good luck finding a better bussiness to book your travel needs.

Valalto is great. I’ve been settling with them for several years now and they always do a great job. My last trip to Europe I missed my connection, I texted Josh on my way and he had me rebooked by the time I landed. Great service and great prices.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dave at Valalto for my business travel needs, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Dave was incredibly responsive and attentive throughout the entire process. He promptly addressed all my queries and provided detailed information, ensuring I had the best options for my flights.

His professionalism and dedication to customer service were evident in every interaction. Dave went above and beyond to find the most suitable flights that fit my schedule and budget. Thanks to his efforts, my travel was seamless and stress-free.

I highly recommend Dave and Valalto for anyone looking for exceptional service and great deals on business flights. I will definitely be using their services again in the future!

I called Dave for a last minute flight, thinking there was no way he would be able to help. I called 2 other places first and got no help. Even though he wasn't my first call, he was my last and NOW is the only call I'll make. He made me feel like he was making arrangements for his own parents. I had no issues and highly recommend Dave!

I was referred to Valalto by a good friend last year and have been working with Emily. Not only has she saved me a ton of money but she’s extremely diligent and available 24/7

Good service and worked a great price for me that I couldn’t find on my own. Makes it easy also so I don’t have to do any searching myself.

I recently booked a flight to Japan through Joey and had a positive experience overall. The interface was user-friendly, making it easy to search for flights based on my preferred dates and budget. I appreciated the filters that allowed me to sort by price, duration, and layovers.

The booking process was straightforward, with clear information on baggage fees and seat selection. I received instant confirmation via email, which was a nice touch. Joey's customer service was responsive when I had a quick question about my itinerary.

Overall, I would recommend this platform for anyone looking to book flights efficiently and at a competitive price.

If we could give 0 stars we would. My husband contacted Dave at Valalto to set up business class flights for an upcoming trip to Peru. He came back with partial economy. When my husband requested that all legs be in business, Dave promptly wrote back "On second thought. Let’s just move on. I don’t want to work with either of you." This is the most rude interaction we've had with any travel agent and I'd strongly discourage anyone from using this agent or this business.

Working with Dave R. Was a breeze…. This company is efficient, easy to work with and they know their stuff!!! Would highly recommend them for your travel needs!!! Keep up the great job, Valalto!!

I’ve worked with Dave on several trips and he always delivers! Whether you fly business, premium economy or economy- he and his team can find you a better rate and keep you posted on any flight changes after booking. I highly recommend Dave and Valalto!

Dave was amazing! He responded promptly to my questions and took care of everything in a very professional manner. I will use him again.

From beginning to end, everything promised was delivered and flawless. Very happy with my decision to use this company and will be referring them to friends.
