My flight was cancelled by the airline and Thrive has stopped responding to me regarding my refund. It has been well over a month

They charged me twice for a ticket
They charged me twice for a ticket. I called and talked to Jenna Lobo who argued with me that they only charged me the price of the ticket when that was not true. Then of course I receive an email stating they did in fact charge me twice and would reimburse me. Poor customer service and no professionalism! Will not use them again nor recommend them!!

I booked a flight and had a couple of questions, but Michael was super helpful in answering all my questions in a timely manner. Excellent customer service!

Great price and easy booking
Made a flight reservation for the first time and everything was quick and easy and at a very good price. I got email confirmation that they received the payment and within couple hours I received booking confirmation via email.
Their price was like 20% less that the airline and other travel sites.

Fraud : STAY AWAY!! Pathetic service and the worst part that after they charged my card and I still didn’t have the ticket after almost 24hrs, when I called the Support, they were very rude and made me feel like i am just being impatient asking for the ticket - after booking the ticket 24hrs ago and getting a charge to my credit card. High unhelpful and totally unprofessional customer helpline personnel. Never ever would I book again via this. Also a note to Skyscanner where I got this option from.

Worst experience I have ever had with a company, did nothing to help with anything, told me the flight was booked even after giving them proof of was cancelled they still said no it’s not, would not refund me and then just ghosted me.
In response to the below reply funds has already been taken from my account so I don’t think it was that. Again was told to give them 30 to minutes to resolve the issue and no reply until after I told them the charge back was being don’t from my bank and now you all scramble to rectify this.

I was charged $398 apparently for the option of a no-penalty refund on my Lufthansa Air reservation. I think that was a mistake. I was under the impression the total of $981 included an option to change the date of the flight (not a refund but a no-penalty change).

SAS Airline will not refund the $2000 although there website was faulty.
I am in Krakow Poland and our flight from Heathrow to New York was cancelled. We tried to get another flight out of Warsaw. My mother is a senior citizen and was charged almost $2000 whereas my companion and I were charged $800. We were experienced difficulty with Thrive travel website while booking the tickets and they will not refund her money even though it was in a one hour span. And would not refund my senior citizenmothers’ money but the $ 800 was refunded to myself and travel partner. The problem is we booked the $800 tickets first and it wouldn’t go through and we tried to buy the $2000 went through immediately. They cancelled the $800 but will not cancel the $2000. Is this elderly discrimination? How wil and elderly woman travel on her own as our booking was successful.
We booked through Thrive.

I am quite impressed with thrive. I have never even heard of you before. It was truly an excellent customer service experience in a time where no companies care about customer service anymore. I travel a lot. I really appreciate how you guys called me. And did not let that ticket from AMS to YVR go. You really went out of your way and made it happen! I will never forget this. I will never use kiwi again. It is a giant in travel. All they kept asking me is to make an app. I flipped out. They only cared when I said I will never use them again. I literally will never use them again. I would rather pay a bit more for thrive. Not where it’s 500 to 2000 but if it was kiwi 500 and thrive was 520. I would use thrive. I would like to thank the people who made my trip happen. They really deserve a heart felt thank you.

Made reservations on line. Quickly received an email confirming my flights. They had a problem with one leg of my flight as they had an issue with my credit card. Easy to call spoke to the person and they resolved the issue. Good customer service.
