I am very pleased with Marcos and Cenon Martinez who helped me obtain my tickets to Mexico city.

I purchased tickets, they called and said those tickets weren't available, I could upgrade, price doubled! I said no, just give me a refund, they said they couldn't do that because the airline would keep it. I'm glad I spoke with my charge card, as the transaction wasn't pending, so I closed the card.
Buyer Beware!

OneFlightHub is a total scam. Do not trust this company.

I made a reservation on their website, and received a confirmation email stating that this is only an itinerary, that they have not charged my card yet, and that my reservation has not been made with the airline. They stated that I should wait for a follow-up email or a phone call in order to complete the process and purchase a ticket.

Few hours later, I received a phone call from someone from India, and she started telling me about all the restrictions on this flight—that I cannot have a carry-on or even a personal bag nor can I pay extra for those. But the breaking point was that she said after I purchase the ticket, the airline might cancel or reschedule my reservation, meaning even if you purchase the ticket, it's not guaranteed.

At that point, I said I don’t want this at all. This is not right.

Then she transferred me to her supervisor, and I said I don’t want this ticket because I’m not going to pay for something that is not guaranteed and that the airline can cancel or reschedule.

At that point, he threatened me, saying if I don’t purchase the ticket, he’s going to go ahead and charge my card anyway.

I hung up the phone, called my credit card company, blocked my card, and they are sending me a new card.

Again, this is a scam company. Do not ever trust or buy a ticket from them. I have no idea why they have such a high rating here because it's all fake. I am posting this so others don’t get scammed.
