Die Installation lief ohne Probleme und hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Was uns gut gefallen hat, war die Erläuterung der System-Konfiguration und die Funktionen des Reglers.
Dem Kundendiensttechniker ist sogar aufgefallen, dass unser Abgassystem vom lokalen Installateur nicht ordnungsgemäß installiert wurde und Schrauben gefehlt haben. Dies wurde auch noch schnell behoben. Danke!

Don't use Vaillant
Vaillant have left an elderly and disabled lady without heating or hot water for over a week during the winter. She is cold and has tried to contact them, but they have no sense of urgency!

My new boiler (9 months old) broke down last night. No customer service line until this morning. We are freezing and have a vulnerable daughter. Contacted this morning, no acknowledgement of my position and cannot attend till Wednesday. Absolutely abysmal service
I asked today to speak to one of your managers as I was unhappy with the service being provided by Vaillant and the fact that your customer service advisor was not listening to my concerns. I am still waiting for manager to contact me re complaint. Not that I am expecting much. Have contacted trading standards and other organisations to get this in media. Vaillant are a disgrace and should some vulnerable person die due to their poor service I will ensure that they are held responsible.
I own the v smart system
I own the v smart system. Its just awful, it loses connection all the time, the thermostat is flimsy, crashes and doesnt have a manual override, the app is just utterly clunky and awkward to use and any issues with batteries or WiFi and the boiler defaults to max heat 24/7. Brilliant. Complaining to Vallaint gets you nowhere, you just get ignored.
Poor poor poor
Vaillant are certainly living up to their poor reputation. I have had 5 installs over the last few years. Started off ok! But I can't believe having booked the annual maintenance in Oct for a PM slot on 2nd Dec for a property in Milton Keynes.
They have just auto text me a reminder for an AM slot that I cannot make as I am not living there due to Lockdown Restrictions. I even got charged extra for the PM slot. So am not impressed. Last year each of the visiting engineers tried to imply that the Advanced Engineer who had installed 2 of the systems had done so incorrectly and they could rectify this at an additional charge. This seems to be common practice so I will not be purchasing a Vaillant Boiler again in the future. We currently have 3 premises with Vaillant Boilers and every time we have to contact Vaillant the information provided is different each time. Praying all this catches up with this Company. They just make life very difficult! Also, I am not sure I even trust their 'expertise'.
Fantastic quick response and service
Fantastic quick response and service! Emailed request for an engineer via Vaillant website Thursday evening, and got a response from Imran within half an hour! Stressed the urgency of needing our 7 year old ecoTec combi boiler serviced for our new buyers, and he came round two days later. Carried out a thorough service and minor works there and then, at no extra charge! (How often do you hear that?) He explained everything thoroughly and showed us photos of all the work needed and what he had done. Imran is an absolute star!! Thanks again.
Dismal
Boiler fitted with a 10 year warranty Dec.2017.(07/11/2020) Boiler developed fault and would not start. Called Vaillant and explained fault. I was amazed that it would take 5 days to send an engineer to fix this. I explained that we were considered vulnerable (over 70 and with a respiratory condition) but this did not cut any ice with the customer service . department. I had to call out our local engineer who fitted the boiler and he came out within 30mins.He too was dismayed and very apologetic about Vailant's attitude as he had personally recommended them. I e-mailed a complaint to Vaillant and also rang to cancel their appointment and make an official complaint the next day. As of today (21/11/2020) I have had absolutely no acknowledgement of either the email or the phone call. I find this totally unacceptable and would never recommend this company to anyone
Stay away from Vaillant
Stay away from Vaillant. I've bought a Vaillant boiler 2 years ago.I was told that it is reliable etc. It's 2 years that I am just experiencing problem with this boiler. It started leaking and damaged my kitchen worktop and shelves.The gas engineer told me that there was a problem with a plastic part at top of the boiler. They changed the part, leaking stopped. A few weeks late, the leaking started, the gas enigeer told me that this time the leak comes from the same plastic material at the bottom of boiler. My kitchen top and shelves are all ruined. The gas engineer asked a Vaillant engineer to visit the property, the next available timeslott is in 3 weeks. I asked the engineer to order the part 8 days gone, without boiler, without heating, and still have not received the spare part, and no one knows, when the part will be sent. Poor service. Unreliable Product. Causing damage to the house. Stay away from Vaillant.

What on earth is wrong with Vaillant
What on earth is wrong with Vaillant? Having tried for days to get through to book a service, which is included in our maintenance contract costing over £200 pa, we eventually get to be told that they are having problems .... what problems. These problems, whatever they are, are increasing daily, because there will be an enormous queue os disgruntled customers waiting to make appointments, when we are eventually able to make them. I will cancel my contract immediately.
New Vaillant eco tec plus boiler…
New Vaillant eco tec plus boiler installed on Wednesday. Discovered it was faulty on Thursday. Given an appointment to fix it on Tuesday. Spoke to customer services to complain and was told 'just get on with it'. Absolutely terrible. DO NOT BUY VAILLANT!
Don't want to do your job? Just say that there is no parking.
After numerous follow-ups from my housing association we have finally to managed somebody from vaillant to call me and arrange for engineer visit.. The call started from from "do you have a parking?.." Well, that has already given me a bad sign.
The slot have been from 10 am to 2pm.
What we have today is a message from engineer at 2:49 saying that there was no parking available and here is your sorry, will book back and etc.
Of course, when I called at 2 pm - there was no response. When I called after this message - no response when I called to vaillant - all of them are busy "helping" other customers.
Well, another example of "excellent" service. This is what you are paid for?
Appalling customer service and without a boiler for five days
We've had a Vaillant boiler for eighteen months, and on Friday it broke down. I phoned the chap who fitted it for us, who said that as it is under warranty I should phone Vaillant and they'd send someone out. I did that and was told that the soonest anyone could come was Tuesday. I obviously wasn't happy at having to be without hot water or heating for four days, but had no choice. On Saturday our boiler engineer popped in to check the fault. He said it was straightforward and quick to fix, but couldn't do it himself without their say so. He rang them but was told it wasn't possible for him to do the job, despite the fact it would save us having to wait four days. So the four days passed, and this morning I rang to check what time an engineer was likely to come, only to be told the job hadn't been booked in so they won't come now until tomorrow. That makes it five days without hot water or central heating. I asked to speak to a manager, and was told someone would call me 'quickly'. After two hours a 'team support manager' called, who, frankly, just made the situation worse by his attitude. He seemed to think I should be grateful that he'd managed to get an assurance that the engineer would be here before one o'clock tomorrow. His 'apology' was completely without sincerity, and when I asked him very simple questions so I could work out how Vaillant operates (poorly!!!) regarding engineers' call outs, he became very defensive and abrupt. I don't actually think he is a team support manager as he had no customer service skills, and initially started to say 'sales' when I asked for his title. The situation has just gone from bad to worse with his call, and I have absolutely no confidence in the company now. If I knew what they were like I would not have bought a Vaillant boiler, and now regret doing so.
A brilliant service engineer.
We had a problem with our 4-year-old boiler and having taken out an extended warranty we called Vaillant. They arranged for a service engineer to visit and he came today. He knew exactly what was wrong - a fault with the HT lead - and fixed it within 20 minutes. We could not have had a more efficient or pleasant engineer and we chatted throughout his visit. Thank you Vaillant for your absolutely excellent service.
Arrogant Vaillant mechanic
I have an Ecotec boiler which I installed myself. The boiler itself works fine, although the VRC340f controller is ridiculously awkward to use, as it doesn’t respond for ages if you want to simply change the temperature setting. Why it is so bad I don’t know. However, the boiler is good, but we did get a Vaillant engineer in for a routine service. He was extremely arrogant with no sense of customer service at all. He continually moaned about the fact that the boiler had not been professionally installed even though it has been done to specification. He was quite rude and unhelpful, and we felt that we had paid £95 to be insulted even though he could find nothing wrong and passed the boiler off as acceptable. We vowed never to get a Vaillant person in ever again.

Recientemente he adquirido un kit de instalación de energia solar Vaillant Autostep para cubierta plana y tengo que decir que tanto el servicio de venta de Leroy Merlin como el centro de asistencia de Vaillant dejan mucho que desear. Leroy Merlin gestionó mal y tarde el pedido, con el consiguiente retraso en la entrega. Una vez entregado solo lo hicieron de parte del equipo, colector y acumulador, pero no el soporte de montaje y el kit de instalacion. El teléfono de atención de Leroy Merlín está saturado y cuando me pongo en contacto con Vaillant me dicen que ellos no me recomendaron comprar su producto en Leroy Merlin y que no aceptan ninguna reclamación por este motivo. En resumen, compra un sistema solar a una empresa local y olvídate de marcas como Vaillant y más de superocupados centros comerciales como Leroy Merlin.
Good customer service
I had to phone vaillant the other day for help with my boiler. I saw on the vaillant website there was a technical area. I called up and got through to Martin.
I wanted to ask him quite a few questions on how the boiler works. He went through everything I needed to know very slowly and clearly.
I think this member of staff has a really good approach to how to make homeowners feel more confident with the boiler.
He took his time with me and I really wanted to give him credit for what a great job he does.

The worst deal of my life
The worst deal of my life. My new ecotec bought in July 2018 is just good enough to be sold for metal scrap cost, and not working since 31st December. Pump, heat exchanger, valves... everything to be replaced. Today I got advice from Vaillant to buy a complete new boiler because it would be less expensive probably. Useless to tell me to contact my helpcenter, because they do not help. The only answer they can do for me is "contact one of our verified service man". Result : no heating during winter with 3 small children at home for 3 months. You will tell me why I do not use warranty claim? It is simply impossible with them, Vaillant will just explain you that your heating water is not full filling their specs, and so the warranty will not apply.
