I have have used UTSource extensively to procure hard to find components. They seem to have a good supply chain for these boutique/obsolete parts. I can get good prices from them as well. If there is an issue with the parts, they will mitigate the situation. They are responsible and helpful. Highly recommended.

Además, el soporte es completo y ofrecen garantías para los componentes y dan pronta solución a los detalles que necesitemos realizar.

The most unsatisfying online experience and fraud attempt in just one order... 8.6. I have ordered a bunch of components, everything available in stock (5000+), I got my order confirmed and I have paid the price. Received the confirmation and info that it is being packed and will receive it in about 5days. Three days later I received email, that im required to about pay 3!! times more for one of the components and if I dont, they wont ship it. I checked the web again and price of the component was actually even lower than when I ordered it. So I sent screenshots etc.. to customer service and I got reply that they dont care what it shown online and kept asking me for more money. I have of course refused, because this behaviour is simply common fraud practice. And since there was no communication attempt or reply from them after, I had to report it and get money refunded.
Stay away!

If you are worried about fakes, specially with out if production parts. Make sure to ONLY buy directly from Utsource original store.

Utsource has various vendors, they specify who is selling the item, ratings and more.

Utsource original store seller MEANS, it is sold by the company directly who is sourcing from authorized distribution.

If I don't see my IC from them, i wouldn't take a chance, mainly since keeping product quality would be out of Utsource reach. And you never know what are those other companies practices.

Just like Digikey and Mouser, they sometimes have different seller on their website... But ofcourse, they aren't from Asia... Unless they IC is from Asia.

I bought 10 power transistors from Utsource ( I’m pro ) and got cheap clones, which of course burned. Those transistors were light , thin pins , scratched grey case and back … they refused to refund me the blown ones because they have been mounted.. how to test though ? They promised to refund shipping back and didn’t. This is a shame , i had to claim on PayPal and been refunded only the parts and not expensive shipping .

I used this platform because it was recommended to me since I put together electronic projects in arduino, I hesitated at the beginning because the material I needed was used but they explained it to me very well in their customer service and now I have my components.

Be aware of this company, most of their ICs and transistors are counterfeit. Many of their semiconductors are second hand and used and the worse part is they sometimes simply do not work at all. They offer an ensurance for 1€ to return the faulty parts, but you have to pay the shipping costs for the return, they always try to get money from you. This company it is not serious. Do not buy parts from them if you wan to do a serious proyect. Maybe for a DIY project o a kit may work, but mostly of the ICs they have are fake, refurbished or simply counterfeit.
