One of the Slowest delivery ever
Slowest delivery ever , and support is really bad and slow just like the delivery, glasses are shipped from china not UK, I DON’T EVEN THINK THEY’ WOULD HONOR WARRANTY IF THERE’S ANYTHING WRONG WITH MY GLASSES TO BE HONEST CAUSE THE SUPPORT IS NON-EXISTENT

I requested to cancel my order via email fairly quick after submitting it, but guess what, they waited about a day and a half to reply and at the same time as I received an email that my order shipped, I got another email saying it could not be cancelled as it was already in "transit" even though I can clearly see that the tracking number for USPS shows it's still waiting for the package...SUPER SUSPICIOUS and all around BS. A day and a half and you decide to ship it anyway knowing damn well I requested to cancel it. I will be disputing this charge with my bank and showing them the emails as evidence.
No phone to contact. No email response.
I would like to give zero star as they do not respond to my emails requesting to return within given timeframe. Also they do not list their customer service phone number and or chat. Basically they can decide to answer email or not. Worst customer service and they do not have one.

I did not purchase the RayNeo Air 3s Pro, but I am basing this review on my interaction with customer support regarding a holiday promotion offering the glasses at $249.
During the limited-time deal, I encountered an issue applying the discount and emailed support with details, including the link and a screenshot as requested. The initial response was prompt and asked for the information, which I provided right away.
However, there was no further reply until after the promotion had ended. At that point, they informed me that they could not honor the discounted price since the sale had expired.
While the support team was initially responsive, the delay in resolving the pre-sale inquiry meant the deal was no longer available. This experience raises concerns for me about timeliness in handling customer issues. I would be hesitant to rely on this company for any post-purchase support, such as technical problems, warranty claims, or repairs.
For that reason, I chose a different brand instead.
I have a Rayneo Air 3S and a Pocket TV…
I have a Rayneo Air 3S and a Pocket TV - they're both great products. But what has really impressed me is the service. I live in the UK, and when my Pocket TV stopped working nearly 6 months after purchase, they immediately offered to replace it. Due to the distance and cost of shipping it back, they've said I don't have to, I just sent them a video of it not working and that was all I needed. Prompt responses and a real solution - I wish all companies were as helpful as this one.
When what you advertise is what you deliver, it's very satisfying.
I recently bought a pair of RayNeo S3 Pro XR/AR glasses and I'm impressed with the image quality. The glasses are lightweight, and even after wearing them for a long time, I don't feel any discomfort. To my surprise, the company held a contest, and I decided to enter for a RayNeo PocketTV. When I arrived at the building's lobby, I was told I had a package. I wasn't expecting anything, and to my surprise, it was the PocketTV. The delivery exceeded my expectations—it was incredibly fast. I immediately checked the battery and set it up, which was quite easy using Google Home from my phone. With this, I'm now free to watch content for extended periods without draining my phone's battery. I'm very excited; RayNeo does a great job.
Air 3S Pro Glasses
I initially purchased the Air 3S Pro glasses and have also just received the JoyDock. The glasses are so impressive to me with how light and comfortable they are but also how well they work. The quality of the display is stunning with vibrant colors. I have been using them for about a month with no issues. Since this is my first headset type device I was worried about eye strain or nausea but I can use these glasses for hours without any issues. The glasses feel solid as well with great build quality. The JoyDock is great but one thing to note is that the clip is designed for the Switch 1 so it will not clip onto the Switch 2. However that is not really a problem since the device is a "dock" you are the switch with Joycon's removed anyway. It was super easy to setup and after updating the firmware it was plug and play and looks just as good with the switch as any other device. RayNeo is a great company with great customer service and some pretty amazing products!
Great company - buy their glasses!
Great company, great communication. I have the 3Ds and 3Ds Pro and both work very well. I bought for an upcoming trip, but they are useful in many situations. Customer Support is very good and responsive, they answered all my questions promptly. I am happy with my purchase and look forward to any products they release!

Rayneo Air 3s Pro - Highly recommend
I have recently received my Air 3s Pro AR Glasses, and these are fantastic. I love using them and they are seriously high quality. Also, prior to purchasing I asked lots of questions about what adapters/accessories I would need to ensure I could seamlessly connect and start using these - I found the customer service team to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to work through what I needed and I have found the whole process and experience to be extremely satisfying. Highly recommend.

I love my AR glasses makes watching movies and playing games a more comfortable experience.. especially on the neck any little issue I had customer service was there to fix it right away glasses broke it was replaced after proof hdmi adapter wasn't working properly it was replaced promptly very good service they are willing to listen and improve on product as the brand grows and that's a plus

These RayNeo Air 3s AR/XR glasses paired with Google TV are absolutely amazing. I purchased these simply because of an online review but absolutely the right decision for my eyes. Very well made and extremely easy to use. People don’t sleep on these glasses they are a game changer. Even better the customer support has been great and extremely helpful and want to assist if you have issues. I did see reviews about bad customer service. I'm speaking as a person that cares about service and have provided above and beyond what I required. If you are unsure buy them if you don't like simply return them. This is my review and they exceeded my expectations. Todays date 08/29/2025
Great Service
Support was great and was able to get the Rayneo Air 3S Pro for a great price directly from the manufacturer. I needed to contact them about my order and they replied within one business day via their emails. Be mindful of the time zone difference when interacting with support. They were polite, professional, and understanding in their communication. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I will likely purchase directly from them again when I purchase future products.

In addition to that, I got a warning from my play protect android updater to uninstall the app because my device was "at risk" due to the apps ability to gather information identical to Spyware and its permissions were automatically removed due to its danger. I wish trustpilot allowed screenshots so I could post pics of the warning and glasses. You can Google rayneo abandons x2 to see what they did.

Amazing product and customer support
Amazing customer support really. 10 out of 10. Brightest glasses I have found to date with the best picture. Amazing quality for the price. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a clear edge to edge picture with the brightest display I have found to date. I also have the Xreal one pro and Lenovo glasses. Both are good products but they do not compare to the clarity of the RayNeo set.
Compatibility issues
If you purchase these, make sure you use PayPal so that you can open a dispute. Other than that, you probably won’t have any recourse.
Fast, Helpful Customer Service
Wow! One of the best customer service experiences I have every had. I had a small technical issue with my glasses and reached out to their team by email. They got back to me quickly with multiple suggestions on how to fix my issues. The glasses are great! I use them to play on my steam deck as focusing too close at a small screen for too long hurts my eyes.
