Bought the Pando Moto Bia body suit XL and needed the Large instead. Contacted the team and they responded to my enquiry about doing this swap very quickly and professionally when explaining id get a refund and need to re-order the size down but were helpful as they let me know they could get more messurments taken of the size down suits which I appreciated as im odd sized.
I returned the XL for free and had my refund straight away and the Large arrived the next day of order and fits perfect.

Amazing service will be buying from them again as we have bought the pando moto mens armour off them too.

A bag I bought got a defect. They resolved it and had it exchanged under warranty quickly & with no hassle. I actively buy from these guys because of their excellent service.

Brilliant customer service, fantastic range of products. I had an item missing from my order, the notebook from a Trip Machine wallet. Once I notified customer service at Urban Rider, I received the notebook in a couple of days, looking forward to placing my next order.

Urban Rider are my go to when it comes to motorcycle equipment and apparel. They have a huge selection in store and via partner retailers and they are able to price match if you see something cheaper in another store/site.
