First of all, these jeans look stunning and there’s no way you would think these have any protective properties. The quality of the denim used is selvege cotton which is spun on a traditional loom to give it its texture and look. The cordura abrasion resistant reinforcements are strategically positioned and the Spada armour placement is superb. The leg has a 3 position option for the armour with 3 separate pockets, with each pocket having its own stitching that mimics the shape of the knee armour and as a result the armour stays in place - genius!!

These are superior to my old Resurgence Cafe Racer jeans by a long way.

I've ordered a retro helmet for my scooter which is absolutely amazing! Fits perfectly (size L), matches perfectly (blue as my Piaggio).
And since I had a problem with discount codes I've contacted Sonia R. on their chat and solved it right away!

Superb customer service when returning an item.

Good communication with ordered items one which status changed and went to on back order with no due, Give the option to exchange or refund ordered alternative item withe ease. Dispatched within time frame as well as very good communication updates with delivery. Range of items offered across all their web sites are excellent almost a one stop shop.

Estimated time of delivery to the store was not met and resulted in a wasted trip. Told I’d be emailed upon delivery 4 days later, still no mail or confirmation of delivery over 10 days later. Also the store NEVER answer the phone

First off, outstanding offer found on their site for a helmet I was looking to purchase, ordering was straight forward enough as you’d expect nowadays, but what set them apart from my perspective was the super quick and accommodating customer support.

I placed the order, then afterwards found something else I should’ve added. I messaged customer services late one evening, received a response first thing the following day and they amended the order with absolutely no fuss whatsoever.

Excellent workshop by Max Vanoni. My Moto Guzzi had a difficult problem with the front wheel or fork. Max looked at it and very quickly he had figured out what the cause was and resolved it straight away. Really very competent workshop very nice guy too . My precious Guzzi from now onwards will gobto Max for repairs or servicing.

As normal interactions with Uban Riders customer service were 5 star as usual . Had an issue with a bag that I bought in February that had developed a fault after little use .
Urban rider got me a 20% refund which enabled me to get the defect corrected .

Good selection from Brands that are less common in the UK. Speed of service in my experience is mixed. But I ordered knowing and expecting this. They don't hold everything in stock so some items have to be sent from the distributor I assume. I waited 1 week for a number of items and I'm still waiting for 2 items. Although to be fair UR contacted me with an update that the order was delayed. I'm in no rush so ill wait. What I am Really impressed with is the returns. I sent some items back and 2 days later I was notified of the refunds. Overall I'm happy with the service, and as long as your not in a hurry for the items they are a top supplier. I knocked of the star because of the longer wait than other suppliers.

Terrible and would definitely not be back!
Bought two pairs of shoes to check for size. Could have bought from a different shop, but this one advertised a fast and free delivery. The shoes weren’t sent for over a week. No information. Eventually I contacted them and they said they had a delay from a supplier, and all of a sudden they sent them next day.. looks like they just forgot.

I then wanted to send one pair back and turns out the options available to post back are only for mainland. Which fair enough is part of terms and conditions - however, in this situation I would have expected a small gestures of help due to issues with my delivery. Product is good, but ‘urban riders’ as a shop is a mess and customer service is pretty poor. Do not recommend.

The customer service at Urban Rider is second to none, imo. I reached out to the team for some help selecting a riding jacket and they put so much thought and consideration into their extremely detailed reply. A big thanks to Izabela and the Urban Rider team.

Very helpful Biker store with a good selection of varied brands. Have bought numerous items from them, they do offer free returns, HOWEVER be aware that this is via a mailed label, which, if you don’t have a printer at home (like myself), means you can’t use it. If you’re returning items of £50 or more via DPD, you’ll pay a higher rate. It cost me £20 to return a helmet that didn’t fit. However this isn’t Urban Rider’s fault. If you do have an issue, they are quick to respond.
