Purtroppo ho acquistato una cover dal loro il 6 maggio, oggi è il 7 di giugno e ancora niente. Leggo che è ferma alla dogana per mancanza di documentazione da parte del mittente. Già contattato la dogana e risolverò io, spero di non dovere pagare tassi ulteriori. Ma penso proprio che saranno da pagare. Cover belle ma servizio spedizione da migliorare assolutamente.
At the moment, I can only express my delight at how quickly I received a case from UAG for the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and did not have to pay any customs fees back in January.
I cannot comment yet on the case as I have had a problem with my Network/Contract but due to receive Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra this coming Saturday so will update my experience with UAG.
I think the colour of the case is brilliant :).
Having used my UAG Monarch case with my S21 Ultra for a few weeks, I am very happy with it:). I would still give UAG 5 stars and will buy my next case for my next mobile phone from them :).

Buyer beware. After a year of zero issues the pad started to frill inside black pieces just starting to fall on everything. Car clothes everywhere. Keep in mind I keep this in the house next to my bed and we have the house at 69 degrees. I sent 5 pics of back and front of pad and asked what can be done. After a week I reached out again and two days later I receive an email requesting 4 pics back and front. And they do not cover most likely this kind of issues. I said back you clearly have 5 pics attached to their email . This continued . Customer service -Zero- gave me the run around. Disgusting customer service . This is one of the most expensive products for covers and it’s a piece of crap after a year. The customer service is worse. A bad joke.

I got my case 30 mins ago in the mail. Put it on my surface pro 7 and tried to use the stand. It immediatly snapped and broke. The stand is made of cheap plastic. Would not recommend.
AWFUL SERVICES. UAG website doesn’t have order tracking feature. You have to send an mail to support team separately. It takes almost 1 month to deliver my package. The customer support team doesn’t help anything.
For me the same story as what Alex tells below. I ordered an expensive laptop bag. You assume that all costs are mentioned. When I picked it up at the post office, I was allowed to pay 27 euros extra in customs. In addition, it just comes from China and not from America as they believe everywhere.
I ordered a case for a MacBook Pro which included shipping costs. It turns out the item is shipped from Hong Kong to the UK. It’s now 3 weeks since the order and it’s not yet been delivered. I have just found out that I have to pay a customs and admin charge which is about 35% of the product cost before I can receive it. UAG say I can reject the product and get a refund. But have to have the product delivered before I can reject it so would be out of pocket and not even have the product! I can’t recommend this company.
When you place an order on the site and you’re are finishing you don’t see anything about customs fees €20,18 that you have to pay at the postal office when you are going to pick up the package. And yes I order from a site from the USA but you should mention the extra costs this when you order.
Terrible service. Ordered a phone case which was expensive but bosted fantastic features, I then waited several weeks before contacting them only to find out it had been stopped at customs.
I have had no contact from customs to request payment and contacing urban armor is a waste of time. Currently battling to get a refund via paypal.

Bought a case for €39,92. (which is already way overpriced for a piece of plastic). They send it from Hongkong, I had to pay an additional €29,68 for customs fee. This is ridiculous. I order from a USA website. You should send it from USA. And inform buyers about the pssibility of paying a fee.
This is my 5th Urban Armor Gear case. Never gain. Awfull company.
It’s a piece of garbage. My phone fell out of my pocket and the back screen broke. 0/10. Will never buy again and strongly do not recommend

Poor product and poor customer service
I bought loads of covers over the years and acquired around 6-7unused cases so I decided to sell them on eBay all of a sudden you dishonest bunch have started to complain and make things up that items I am selling are counterfeit or copies! Which is not true at all. (Have proof) and now you don’t even answer to emails as you know you are cowards and spineless company that falsely accuse people!
Have used UAG cases for years. Always delivered with no issues. That is until now. As others are stating, UAG have changed something as their free world wide shipping is no longer free. Incurring charges for delivery and import tax. Very underhand in my opinion.
I ordered a phone case for £16.00. It took 10 days to arrive. The "Track my delivery" says it is coming from Hong Kong. When it arrived the Post Office send me a card saying I owe £12.01 customs charge before they would release it. This then actually then has a 75% mark-up. So beware, if you buy anything from UAG you will end up paying custom duty or not receive your item. I emailed the firm (no phone number) and they said they have nothing to do with our customs and will not pay the duty or refund any money. I would not recommend this company and suggest you do not use them.
Wish I could give no stars. Just been hit with a £16.18 customs charge. It is made to look like the products are in the UK waiting to ship, its not until right at the end when you realise you have been had and have to wait for the items to come from Hong Kong. There is no contact number, and the online contact does not seem to work at all. This is 2020 its hard to believe that companies like these are still able to trade. I would recommend saving your money and buying an alternative product.
I ordered a protective case for my surface pro 7 and I received a defective one. On Jan 4th I emailed UAG because you can not speak to anyone in customer service (text/email). Lupita responded and created a ticket #371460). I emailed her back with the info she requested. It is now Jan 13th and she has not responded back. I regret buying a case from UAG after this experience.Very unprofessional. Beware!
Misleading website. Declares ‘free worldwide shipping.’ After 2 weeks, postcard arrives asking for £13.19 for custom and excise for my parcel to be released.
Upon contacting the company, I was sent a link to a small print section of the website which says you may incur a charge. I was also advised that I should have contacted my local customs and excise office to enquire about charges before I made a purchase! LOL! Who does that?! It’s 2020! Throughout the whole buying process, there was no indication that postage was anything other than free.
I have continued to attempt to contact them and there has been no response.

I ordered a macbook pro case for my husband and received the incorrect size. After sending an email I was eventually informed I was responsible for the shipping cost. I then emailed all of the shipping details and haven't heard ANYTHING from them or should I say Jennifer. There is no customer service number. Only emails or text. What company have no customer service number!!!!!! They are frauds and scam people out of there money. You're better off using Amazon or a third party company. This company is complete G A R B A G E!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
