Bought a Plasma case for Iphone 11 Pro, clearly says it on the box, but does not fit. Contacted Customer service and get, the Plasma case doesn't fit Iphone 11 Pro, Really? Youu sold it for iphone 11 Pro, the box says Iphone 11 Pro, but you now say it doesn't fit???? Oh, and I can send it back and pay for shipping to get my refund.....NOT! Also, the glass cover, which I asked to be switched and was told it will fit, is way too small for the phone. Does anyone there know anything about their products????

I warn you against dealing with this company... 28 days have passed since I paid the price of the product, but I did not get it. Promise to communicate with the customer support employee. The transaction was very bad. Mans asked to pay the customs duties in my country. He told me that we are not responsible for the product in your country. I do not know where the product is. In my country or was it sent at all!!! I think I got scammed

Forgot my phone on top of my car and it fell off going 30 MPH, later retrieved the phone and besides a small scratch on the side of the case there is no damage to the phone whatsoever. Props to UAG I’m getting phone cases from them for the rest of my life. For the ones curious it’s a IPhone 11 Pro Max

I got a case/cover for a HP Elite X2

I have had the case for about 4 months. It is a rugged rubber/plastic case with a 'kickstand' to support the screen on a desk. I tend to keep my laptop on the desk - using it as a desktop, and rarely move it.
so, the kickstand has been moved/retracted a total of maybe 3 or 4 times

Just recently, I needed to transport my laptop and so put the kickstand down. When I tried to use the kickstand again, the hinge broke and it is now basically useless.

The hinge is supported on only one side, and is held in place by really flimsy plastic.
It is frail and fragile. This is a single point of failure on what is - otherwise - quite a rugged case... but make no mistake this is a shoddily designed case, and not worth the (relatively) large amount of money you will be charged for this case

[looking at other reviews, and other sites, this is a well known issue and it is obvious the manufacturers do not care]

One of the best cases I have ever tried on an Iphone 13 pro max. The case fits snugly on the phone no matter how many times I remove it to clean up built up residues within from the slots on the button.

Not sure about why the bad experiences from other users, my experience was vastly different from the rest. My case came with a minor flaw, and managed to request for a replacement without paying extra for shipment or return of the defective product.

Design wise, UAG still has a long way to go instead of focusing just on the case's ruggedness. There are variety of options, but allowing more customization would be greatly appreciated. That aside, everything about this company is generally positive. Kudos to their after sales team, they are insanely helpful and friendly :)

Have never ordered from this place before. Our order came within 3 days. But we ordered the wrong size cases. Their customer service (Stella) was amazing. Returned them the next day and we had our new cases that were the right size in 3days. We will definitely order from them again. Got the cases and love them. Thanks Stella!!

Jeg købte et UAG cover til min tantes iPad Pro12,9, 2. Gen. Med sådsn en alu-støtte der kunne stilles. Det larmede lidt. Men Det virkede rigtigt fint.

Så skal hun have en sin 3. Gen. iPad. Der vælger jeg jo en UAG, da vi var glade for den tidligere (selvom den er dyr) kan man ikke få modellen med aluminiumsstøtten men en “folioflip” model ala alle de andre. Den er jeg så skuffet over. Det er end ikke muligt placere iPaden i 45 grader uden den klapper sammen. Jeg er oprigtigt talt forundret over hvordan den er blevet sat i produktion med så dårlige egenskaber?

Æv. Jeg er nu så irriteret at jeg bliver nød til at købe en anden model fra en anden producent. For detteher orker jeg ikke mere. Øv en oplevelse.

Ordered a Metropolis Series iPad Pro 10.5-Inch Case on Feb. 4th, 2022. On Feb. 28th it’s still not delivered. Customer service mentions it takes 15-20 business days for delivery.

Since this is not clear when you place an order, I wrote a review on the UAG site to warn other customer, but it was never placed on the site.

Don’t order anything on the UAG website, find a local reseller instead. 15-20 days for delivery is ridiculous.

Update March 4th: contacted Customer Service again as the 20 business days passed and the case is still not delivered. Customer Service suggested I should contact the postal agency. I have replied it is their responsibility to deliver the case, so I expect from them to follow up why my case is still not delivered.

Update March 8th: Got a refund for my order. It was never delivered.

Ich habe eine UAG Hülle bestellt und bezahlt, aber nie geliefert bekommen. Nach sechs Wochen habe ich mein Geld trotz Beanstandungen noch nicht zurückbekommen. Stattdessen bekam ich eine Anfrage von UAG, wie zufrieden ich mit der Hülle bin, was schon etwas zynisch wirkt. Der Laden ist also vollkommen unorganisiert. Bloss nichts bei UAG bestellen!

The reality of the service contradicts the reviews on trust pilot, didn't face no customs fees etc.
Also delivered by DHL, arrived approx 3-4 days after purchase date.

Honestly, I’ve lost hope on this company, I bought their 24liter backpack, I’ve had it for around 5.5 months only carrying normal school supplies not overloading it, it’s had seams break from me lifting it by the pickup handle, the back support is quite useless, today the zipper broke off, and their harder ipad cases have allowed my iPad to bend, I got the hard fade so it wouldn’t bend. They’re pretty crappy as fast as brands go, the cases are mediocre, they do what a case should, but there are so many better and aesthetically pleasing options that aren’t so damn expensive. And yes my warranty is still in effect, I’m gonna ask them for a refund on the bag because I’m tired of crappy and subpar products.

I got a new macbook pro, and wanted a protective case for it. I got the case, and putt it on (per the instructions), I went to close my macbook and the bottom of my screen CRACKED!

Now I have to pay to replace my screen, not even the apple care covers accidental damage. I contacted UAG and their warranty does not cover any equipment you are protecting, or trying to protect. So be very cautious about putting a cover on your mac, because a cracked screen could occur. The cure is worse than the disease.

The products are actually ok. But do not order them from the uag website, instead find a local dealer. I have ordered several in the past and it went fine, but now they charge the VAT (which stands for value added tax) on the website depending on the coutry in advance, thats ok IF they would provide an IOSS number but they wont, and now you have to pay the same VAT for the customs in your country. Now that is BS in its purest form.

The case I've had less than a week is falling apart and doesn't properly fit my phone. I dropped it less than a foot onto a table and the case slipped off; the height rating means nothing when the case won't even stay on. They also won't allow bad reviews to go through on their website, so the visible ones are 100% biased. I've purchased more durable cases for half the price.

My rubber iPad Pro case is breaking into pieces after a few years of use. Can't really be bothered to fuss around with a warranty claim (it'll be hard to track down proof of purchase) but it is what it is and it's not great.

Given how close each phone is in size and name one can make a small mistake in ordering. The customer is blamed.. this company requires you to pay shipping back whether refund or exchange. Kind of like the anti on-line company.

As stated in Shipping Information, it is shipped from Hong Kong warehouse via Hong Kong Post.

You should be aware of the VAT / custom fees by your own country.

Find someone in HK to receive it, and mail it to you as an used item.

I am shipping to HK, so I am satisfied. It came with a tracking number by Hong Kong Post. It is 35% cheaper than local retail shops.

I purchased and Airpod Pro Case in April 2020, the clasp sadly broke 14 months later but after contacting UAG they replaced it for free despite being out of warrenty.

Also their phone cases are very good, I've had one for my last three iPhones now and they work a treat.

I don't understand why where are so many negative reviews?

Mi trovo bene con le loro cover che ho utilizzato nel corso degli ultimi 7 anni, su 5 telefoni diversi.
Anni fa, quando ancora non erano facili da trovare in Europa, ho comprato sul loro sito e ricevuto le cover dagli USA e siccome indicarono il prezzo pieno della cover sul pacco postale mi costarono più le spese doganali che le cover stesse, oltre al ritardo di 20 giorni solo per lo sdoganamento.
Da poco ho comprato di nuovo delle altre cover sul loro sito, questa volta sono partite da Hong Kong. Anche questa volta ho pagato la dogana ma almeno dell'importo corretto (iva + 5 euro di dazi) e lo sdoganamento ha richiesto solo 3 giorni, segno che la documentazione sulla busta è completa e corretta. Purtroppo la spedizione ha richiesto comunque un mese circa, in linea con i 15-20 giorni lavorativi indicati sul loro sito, ma decisamente più lunga di altri siti che spediscono sempre da Hong Kong.

Consiglio l'acquisto sul loro sito solo se si ha bisogno di modelli che non si trovano altrove e quindi aspettare spedizione e dogana .... in tutti gli altri casi ormai i rivenditori e e-commerce con spedizioni molto più veloci hanno tutti i principali modelli di cover.
