El 9 de noviembre hago la compra de una carcasa Monarch Pro Kevlar para un iPhone 14 en la página urbanarmorgear a un precio de 47,96 euros.
Al hacer el pago se convierte en 57,23 euros, un 19,33% más. Correcto, aceptamos el importe.
Hoy 20 de noviembre recibo la compra realizada, y resulta que tuve que pagar a aduanas 17,89 euros. Al final la carcasa me ha costado 75,12 euros, un 56,63% más que el precio original. Me parece una estafa que lo hagan sin avisar de los costes añadidos.

Had an iPhone 13 Pro in an Otter Box. I dropped it dozens upon dozens of times without ever damaging the phone. I've had the 15 Pro with a UAG case. It got knocked off my side table and the corner is cracked.

Very disappointed in the whole order process.. I choose to order direct from them based on the offered 2 day shipping via Fedex.. It didnt ship out the day it said it would and when it did ship it was sent USPS ground, I could have understood and been ok with a delay in shipping the item out but it should have been expedited in this case or at the very least shipped out the way it was supposed to..

They have very high quality products, amazing customer service and their warranty is phenomenal.

I have a UAG case for my samsung 21 plus. It works great!

El día 16 de septiembre hice un pedido en UAG España de una funda que no encontré en ninguna otra página, pensando que compraba desde aquí.
La primera sorpresa es que se me aplican unos cargos que no vienen especificados en mi pedido y cuando después de varios días consigo que alguien conteste a mis correos, me dicen que son cargos locales, pero en mi factura no se especifica nada.
Segunda sorpresa, el envío es desde Sanghai y tampoco viene especificado.
No sé lo que tardará en llegarme y si tendré que pagar algo más cuando me llegue.
Mi consejo, es que no compréis en esta página.
ACTUALIZO: A 30 de octubre no tengo mi pedido, la única forma de contactar con ellos es por correo electrónico y no contesta nadie.

Really great quality case and excellent customer service, had a small issue and it was resolved quickly and efficiently.

Geosyl dealt with my query and was very attentive and kept me up to date all along the way.

Only thing I would say is buy from a trusted seller or direct, comparing my new iPhone 16 Pro case to my previous 14 Pro case the new one is much better quality, I suspect the old one may have been fake, it was cheaper if recall and the clear plastic had gone very yellow, new one is much brighter.

I purchased a Monarch Pro Kevlar and was not impressed.
I was looking for the most rugged case I could find, as I’m hard on equipment. The price seemed awfully high, but I went for it.
Super disappointed, as the Monarch is just another light-duty case, in my opinion.
There are other Kevlar cases on the market at less than half the price, so not sure how they’re selling this one.
Also have to flag them up on their product return process. No RMA process from these folks. They’re still operating in the dark ages, requiring you to ship items back at your expense, and wait for the transit time. At their price-point, they should be making things as easy as possible.

No comprar directamente de au web, tiempos de envío y transito lamentables, hace más de un mes que hice un pedido y aún no lo he recibido.

Ich bin echt stink sauer. Heute ist meine neue Hülle für mein neues iPad Pro 13" M4 angekommen. Ich musste 22 EUR Zollgebühren bezahlen. Jetzt kostet mich die Hülle 108,86 EUR. Das ist echt unverschämt. Außerdem bin ich von der Hülle extrem enttäuscht. Bei den bisherigen Hüllen konnte man den Deckel abnehmen und das iPad dann auf eine iPad-Halterung stellen. Das geht jetzt nicht mehr. Hier wird im Sinne der Firma gespart. Die neue Hülle ist einfach nur Schrott und keine 50 EUR wert. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, auch dass auf der UAG-Homepage nirgends erwähnt wird, wie hoch die Zollkosten sind. Ich werde nie wieder UAG-Produkte kaufen - ich bin echt angepisst.

Premetto che non ho ancora testato la cover, la mia esperienza è limitata alla spedizione che si è rivelata pessima.
Ho acquistato un case Civilian per Samsung S22 tramite sito ufficiale UAG perchè non disponibile altrove (es. Amazon). Costo 33,29€+7,32€ di imposte stimate.
Tempi di spedizione da Hong Kong lunghissimi (acquisto 28/03, ricevuto oggi 22/04), il pacco è rimasto fermo 10 giorni alla dogana italiana per mancanza di documentazione ('Dichiarazione necessaria allo svincolo mancante') e infine alla consegna ho dovuto anche pagare gli oneri doganali (13,46€).
La cover viene spedita come 'raccomandata' e non come 'pacco', motivo per cui chiamando in dogana non sanno dire quale documento manchi nè se si debbano pagare oneri, come appunto è successo.
Inoltre sulla customs declaration è etichettata come 'gift' e non come 'sales of goods', di fatto scaricando il costo degli oneri sul destinatario del pacco.
Cercando sul sito è indicato che le spedizioni internazionali possono richiedere 14-21 giorni e che eventuali tasse doganali sono a carico del cliente, ma al momento dell'acquisto niente di questo viene menzionato e tempi e costi extra non sono nemmeno ipotizzati. Personalmente mi sembra una pessima gestione da parte del venditore, altri fornitori hanno costi più trasparenti e dichiarati oltre che tempi più celeri.
p.s. UAG permette il reso e rimborso della cover (ma non delle spese doganali) entro 30 giorni dalla data di acquisto. Solo per la spedizione ce ne sono voluti 26, se volessi rimandare indietro il pacco sarei al limite e comunque perderei soldi e altro tempo.

Spero solo che la cover si dimostri valida, aggiornerò la recensione più avanti.

Purchased a Monarch Pro ($99), the company cancelled the delivery from Fed Ex with no explanation. UAG took my money from the AMEX I used. UAG support will not provide any details.

This company is an actual joke, ive been sent the wrong case the first time, wrong model case and wrong phone model, they sent a replacement for free, but, it was still the wrong case, they sent 2 times in a row the wrong case. Never got the one I ordered.

Not worth the money……lifetime warranty is not true ……

I got Monarch Pro Kevlar Case for my Samsung S23 Ultra, phone broke within half a meter drop. huge crack from the side of the screen to until middle in butterfly effect. This case costed 130 CAD, worthless.

Their $100 Monarch iPhone case is touted as having 5 layers of protection and a layer of Kevlar. In this teardown I did at bakerontech, it actually has 2 layers of hard plastic and the Kevlar is just a small decorative piece and is not used across the case. Their description is just a total fabrication.

El producto es muy bueno y vale la pena.

Ahora bien, si no está en Amazon no compréis por su web. Lo envían desde Japón y tarda 2 semanas y encima te cobran aduanas (unos 20€ a España).

They don’t publish low rating reviews. I submitted a two star review mentioning how the bottom of the case is slippery and the phone slides out from under itself and it’s thick. They did not publish my review. They asked me to review it, I did and they didn’t publish it. That’s very misleading.
