Extremely disappointing service. I regret purchasing from here. Had I gone through the reviews beforehand, I could’ve saved my money. Experiences like this make it hard to trust even the genuine brands and online platforms out there. Shame on you Uptownie owners. Fake fake fake!!!

They are cheaters. Never answer on customer care number. And if the goods are not shipped you ask them to cancel it they will say they cant. Their return policy gives you store credits which is fine if goods are shipped or delivered. But if the customer needs it urgently and want to talk to them they do not talk on calls and after 3 days they reply saying sorry they cant help. They give you store credits which later is of no use because the occasion for which the clothes are needed has gone. I bought products worth 4900 and they cheated by not shipping it ( they said its delayed ) and when I messaged them to cancel it in that case as It wont be of any use to me later they denied cancellation ( inspite of products not being shipped ).
Please be careful before you order from them.

Very bad customer service. Ordered two dresses from their website and the quality of the dresses were so bad. Not like as tat of picture they show. I placed the return on (1st june) and till today there has been no proper response. Very bad team. Completely disappointed.

I wish I could give them negative ratings. Ordered two shirts from their website, one out of them was a little defective so i returned it. They gave a credit note of 925/-. I used it to buy another item but additionally paid 1325/- as well and bought two items. Now these two items are also poorly fit being the size what i usually wear. Now they are not taking return saying that item purchased using Credit note cant be returned. The issue is I need a replacement because its just waste for me and i m unable to wear them. Customer support is denying helping me with this. Pathetic service from them. Highly suggest not to but from them. The clothes look good in pics but they are fooling you with thw poor quality.

I had placed the order on 16th may 2025 but still today i have not received any parcel . They are just saying that they have delivered the order but i have not received any parcel from uptownie. Also , there has been no response from the customer care. the back end service is extremely poor they are not able to track the order. The executives seems to be foolish . They dont understand the customer's problem. It looks like it is a fraud company. My money is really wasted on this fraud company.. Please never order from uptownie

It’s been 21 days since I placed an order with Uptownie for two shirts, and I still haven’t received them. Despite multiple follow-ups via email, WhatsApp, and Instagram, the only response I’ve consistently received is: “It’s on its way.”

Every time I check the tracking status, the delivery keeps getting delayed with no clear explanation. As of now, the estimated date is the 28th, but based on how things have gone so far, I honestly don’t have much faith in that either.

This experience has been deeply disappointing. What’s worse than the delay is the lack of transparency and real customer support. If the team had been upfront or responsive with proper updates, it would’ve made a big difference.

I had high expectations from this brand, but unfortunately, this order has been a letdown. I hope Uptownie seriously reconsiders how they handle logistics and customer communication going forward.

Placed an order in 3rd week of April. Still haven’t received the product.
They have bots and only bots to reply to mails and whatsapp messages.
Their customer support is horrible. I had a conversation with a girl named Ankita Das, she was so pathetic and so inconsiderate. I don’t think she knows anything about customer service.
This company should go down, since their main motive is to deceive customers and harass them.

Wish I could give zero stars. Hopeless delivery process. Takes more than fifteen days and instead of ur registered address they ship somewhere else. In my case they delivered it to Gurgaon instead of Baramati. Not recommended at all. All 2000/- gone.

I had a horrible experience with this brand. I order 3 tops from them on 24 April 2025 which they delivered to me on 6 May 2025 which out of 3 were only 2..The remaining one is yet to be delivered on 12 May.. The stuff is cheap and ill fitted.. I returned it the same day and they came to.pick it up.the very next day but the refund is yet not given.. No customer service is provided ..no timely responses through WhatsApp or mails.. this is nonsense and a scam.. I suggest nobody to purchase anything from this brand..you will regret as I do

I had one of the worst online shopping experiences with Uptownie. I placed an order over a month ago, and till today, there has been no update on the status of my order.

What’s even more frustrating is their customer service. The call center staff are completely untrained and clueless—they have no information, no timelines, and no solutions. Every time I call, I just get vague responses with zero accountability.

It’s shocking that a company can take money from customers and then completely fail to deliver the product or even provide a proper update. This kind of service is unacceptable in today’s time.

Strongly advise against ordering from Uptownie. Save your time, money, and peace of mind.

It’s been a month since I placed prepaid order from this website . My order had not arrived yet and if I requested them to cancel this order they refused ti do so and also not giving my refund

I would rate my experience as zero or negative if possible. I faced a number of problems.

Firstly, the order took a month to come but the website says the order will be shipped in 3 to 7 days.
Secondly the order was incomplete, i ordered three tops out of which only two were delivered but the website and the bill shows three of them are delivered.
Thirdly, they do not respond to your mails or anything.
Personally I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order from here though the clothing is good but customer service is straight up shitty.

Uptownie - your mechanism sucks big time, the refund is transferred in form of code that needs to be encashed in next purchase. You have made this unnecessarily complicated, I wanted to order a corset dress by the refunded amount but had to add another 700-800 INR to purchase that. Hence I choose to purchase another product at much lesser cost, almost same price of the refunded amount and all this not because the product quality is bad but because the interface is not user friendly & your policies sucks!
