It’s a scam. They keep the money and never deliver. Phone numbers are not working.

Don't buy in uptownie app.. They don't have refund and exchange option...I wasted my 1380.

They are fraud. I have ordered items from them and had paid for it. But after 20 days no products are delivered, neither they are refunding the amount. Don't order from their website. They are a big fraud. Even if you are ordering don't pay in advance.

They are cheaters they took the return but did give my money back neither the credits

They are scammer . I have paid online 10k for my order but didn’t recieve the products . Rather the customer care number given on website is a fake one . You will never get connected . Later , they will block your number . This is fraudulent site . Just beware !!!

They are cheats . I ordered more than a month ago and I have not received my order. There is no response to enquires. Customer support email Id is fake . Do not place ore paid orders, they do not deliver .

It's been a month I placed a order and they haven't delivered it yet.
They have worst customer support. They do not reply to your emails.
Don't shop from them because you will not get your product in this life.

It is almost a month now and the delivery for the product is a far-cry! No updates nor any reply to the prepaid order to my registered email ID too. I have been commenting a lot on FB ads but looks like they are deleting all of it till date. But they are very prompt in giving links to the ppl who willing to buy. No refunds even after incessantly sending them msgs to inquire about the order.

It’s been almost a month I have ordered a product, and they are neither fulfilling it nor refund back my money. Such a pathetic customer service they are unresponsive all the time over WhatsApp. And if you want to call them on the no. given it doesn’t exist. I’m going to file against these type of companies. They think that they can make a fool out of us. But they don’t know what we actually can do. Restrict yourself ordering from them.

N yes I have also bought other products n I liked but if this is the behaviour den it's difficult to trust n shop with u guys.n yes d product was not fully bought through store credit ...some 414 rs I guess was paid over n above the store credit...what about dat den

Been more than 8 days and no update on the order. No way of cancelling the order too. Saw similar reviews on Google and Insta after placing the order.

Never buy .. order doesnot get shipped till 2 weeks... customer care is pathetic..they dont respond.Refund policy is disgusting. Its a scam

Pathetic return policy. I had to cancel the return despite size issue because the amount that they said they would credit was far more lesser than the price that

Worst experience ever

My order came late and when I tried connecting to customer service no reply is there from their side. On top of that the number they provide is switched off too.

Order never arrived. It has been over a month. Placed the order on 28th Feb.Paid the amount in full. There's a WhatsApp account, however, you cannot contact anyone. You will get a message after 10 messages stating someone will contact you, but, guess what, you will not be contacted. DO NOT buy anything from Uptownie. They are scammers.ID461756-Order ID which is baseless

Guys, please don’t buy from them.. After returning the order they don’t even reply.Don’t waste ur money they are scammer.Minus rating they deserve.

Not even worth one star. Placed an order for two items on 14th Feb, its been a month and a half and there is no update whatsoever on when it will be delivered. Absolutely no customer service and no way to reach them. Waste of time and money. Kindly refrain from buying anything from this brand. A useless company with no sense of responsibility at all!
