Why won`t other Company`s recognise that empowering your service staff, to resolve niggles before they become complaints, actually ELEVATEs customers opinion of your Company even higher as a result.✔️👍😊

Stay well clear of these had a issue with faulty basket on a salter fryer which ended up with me getting burnt contacted them and sent fryer off came back nothing wrong with it (according to them ) but then offered me a full refund so accepted the refund provided the details they requested to process refund 8.days later still nothing from them having been.told would be contacted by hsbc via txt or email to.complete the refund with in 3 working days will .now be contact a solicitor

I bought a kettle 18 months ago and…

I bought a kettle 18 months ago and forgot to register for the extended warranty (2-year) - my mistake. We started using the kettle 6 months ago and the on/off switch is now faulty. Salter (UP) will not replace. Waste of money!
UP refunded my money so have redeemed themselves in my eyes.

We would like to clarify that the purchase of the item enters you into a 12 month legal contract of sale with the retailer, in which any of our products can be returned if a fault is found.
In addition to the legal contract of sale, we offer an extended warranty on our products as a gesture of goodwill. However, in order to be eligible for the extended warranty, the product would need to have been registered with us within 30 days of purchase. This information is stated on the packaging and in the instruction manual.

What a fantastic company with great Customer service

I bought a Colour changing Kettle from Lidl 2 years ago, which had a 3 year extended warranty. There was a fault with the kettle that kept tripping the electrics. When I contacted Lidl customer service they sent me a link for Ultimate Products UK. I sent an email and they responded the next-day. Sophie wanted details which I provided after a few emails Madison contacted me and wanted some more details about the kettle warranty registration which I thought I had done. Madison could not find it but sent me an email saying as a gesture of good will they would replace the kettle. She said it would be delivered 3 to 5 working days, it arrived the next-day. Madison is simply the best customer service employee I have dealt with.

5 Star Customer Service

I had an issue that after a bit of back and forth was resolved to a way better solution than I expected.
I am always impressed when a customer service team takes a customers comments on board and make a decision on what they are presented with.
Another thing was that I would rather pick up a phone to discuss things so as to get a quicker solution and find emails frustrating waiting on a response. Not the case here though, they were very quick with responses!

Sowdha was very helpful - thank you

I did find it difficult at first to start the chat but eventually I was put through to Sowdha who was very helpful and patient. Hopefully the issue will be resolved with my Beldray Window Vac when I receive the new charger. Sowdha also advised that if the problem still persists to contact them again.

Great Customer Service

Unfortunately my Salter Evo kitchen scales developed a fault, not sure why, but they just stopped working. Luckily, I still had my John Lewis receipt from three years ago. Salter have sent out a like for like replacement, so I’m very happy with the service I’ve received. Thank you.

Efficient and friendly customer care.

My query was met with a lovely attitude. I felt as if my problem was taken seriously and they were not out to avoid providing a replacement. They only took 48hrs to make a decision and the replacement tray was on its way. This care has made me feel I will again look for a Salter product.
