Ordered Christmas present Aurora Borealis Night light on 5 December 2025 did not arrive. Received lots of fake tracking emails saying it was on its way but it wasn't. Complained to Haromony Customer services and just got badly written holding emails. Luckily paid through PAYPAL and filed a case with them for none delivery on 14 January 2026. They finally delivered on 3 February 2026 because of PAYPAL . Product was cheap plastic and disappointing. I won't be using using this company again and advise anyone in UK not to.

Ordered beginning of January tracked all around the usa emailed them 1st week in January was told wrong tracking code was sent new one tracking from China and believe it or not received something similar to one I ordered which was one to use in bathrooms but had a fixed usb lead ,left it on charge( I thought )but turns out you’ve got to have it plugged in🤣 good for a bathroom not!

To get to this stage I had to mention ombudsman or their regulatory authority

Yep, ordered early Dec 2025, no delivery as of 21st Jan 2026 , its not coming either. Apparently, its in Belfast.

Don't use, total scam, Facebook should be ashamed to promote this, but they don't care do they! Do not use, total fakes!!!!!

Fake Company , Fake Tracking site used , Fake automated messages received on chasing the order .

Ordered 4 mood lights for Christmas present beginning of December, Saturday 17th January, still no delivery. Reading other reviews I can see I’m not alone. I shall be requesting a full refund & seeking legal advice if my delivery isn’t here by Wednesday.

Ordered a xmas gift for 07/12/25, didnt arrive, so emailed 09/01/26, and was told would arrive in couple days. Still hasn't arrived. Have emailed again and heard nothing. Not impressed at all. Have lost money and harmony couldnt care less. Will most definitely not be ordering from this crap company again.

Oh dear. Seems like I too have fallen foul of the social media buying fails. I’m still waiting for two psychedelic lamps which would have been Christmas presents if they’d arrived. Last heard of in Newport Wales instead of Newport Isle of Wight - allegedly! 😳

I also ordered an item as a XMAS present and it has still not arrived (Jan 9). The item was ordered via a Facebook add. Various tracking updates until it allegedly arrived in the UK and then it stopped. I complained and within 1 minute and I got a reply saying that they were sending the items again and gave me a new tracking number. A total scam judging by others comments. It's the last time I buy something via a Facebook advert.

I placed an order on 3rd Dec 25, it still has not arrived as of 8th Jan 26, so I contacted Haromony and they said there is no tracking update and they will send a new one put.
I explained it was for a xmas present and I would rather have a refund but they said no it has been processed.. ..after 1minute? They will not refund me and ignored my last email. I think it is a Scam company. Be aware please.

I was overcharged, and when I tried to cancel the order, they refused and wouldn't refund me even though the order was wrong. It just felt like a scam. After talking to haromony.com
