Dead Bathroom Scales. Amazing response
When I put a new battery in my (elderly digital) bathroom scales they displayed F99 & didnt work.
The Salter website was no help (this is why this review is only 4*.
I contacted Chat, Fantastic. They deserve 8* at least. Nat West take note.
They answered quickly (!) used excellent English (!!) and after asking sensible questions determined the scales were dead. And offered to send me a replacement, FOC .
Either a dream or absolutely amazing response by this company.

I’m absolutely delighted with the service I received. Thank you so much to the Salter customer service team, Katie G, Michael B, and Emily P. You truly went above and beyond. You have a customer for life.

We had a problem with a pan lid and the customer service was really good they got a courier to picked up the pans and replaced the pans with another set the service was really good keeping in touch with regular emails
Amazing company to deal with
Amazing company to deal with. A wheel broke off my the vacuum (100% my fault) and they kindly replaced the full floor brush unit, 2 years after purchase.

I bought a hoover through tic tok handle was flimsy it was bending they asked for pictures before I could sort out sending them as I. Needed help sending them im no good with technology the handle broke so hoovers useless avoid this company at all costs they don't seem to care

Bought a salter kettle via Amazon - change my mind returned the item - to date have been waiting 10 days for a refund… not very good customer service….

Unreliable and Unprofessional
Ordered a Salter Mixer through Amazon. Deliberately packaged a damaged item as shipping box was intact and undamaged.
This seller is unreliable and unprofessional and would not recommend.

One star because i have to, to leave this review they deserve nothing, ordered through ebay
I didn't get my item and then this company is disgusting, i provided proof from yodel stating that they had messed up with this order (said they delivered to me when they did not) this company wasn't interested in this and made me sign a denial of reciept form, even though I wasn't the one who should have been signing or providing anything yodel should have been, even though id already given this awful company the proof of conversation from yodel, then seller took a week 2do the refund responding only once a day, ignoring any questions i had asked over and over again, just kept saying refund had be done when at the time it hadn't, then had multipul emails from them as though the whole service was starting again they haven't a clue and just make the buyer feel like they're at wrong, when its the courier they use for cheap. So what do they expect not to mention the photo proof yodel had provided shows the parcel left somewhere on concrete which looked like it had been thrown over a fence might i add the item was a microwave, so not only was it not delivered to but where eber it was it was more than likey damaged anyway and yet this vulgar company still treats the buyer badly, i will never ever use this company again, if you know what's best for you. You will avoid avoid avoid.
To their reply - ive provided what yoy asked for although yoy already knrw as you conformed in a ebay message to me today that you know about other platform reviews, you had ample chances when ypu were contact through ebay but yoy dragged it out for a week and then made me sign a form of denial even thoufht I gave evidence to you from yodel that they had failed yet u proceeded to treat me like I was at fault, but if employ cheap you get cheap clearly.
And furthermore to thieves reply they haven't made any attempts to speak to me directly, its just all to try and look good for their shoddy service.
