Receipt Problems
Whether its the fault of my computer or a glitch in the United Parking system I continue to have problems receiving copies of my reservation. A Transaction Receipt is received immediately but I have to call United and have a receipt sent that details my reservation. Agents are always available and always helpful but I hate having to take these extra steps. Overall I am satisfied.

Gary,
We apologize for the inconvenience our website has caused. It is an issue on our end that the reservation receipt does not send properly but we are currently trying to get this issue resolved and hopefully, you will not have to take an extra step in the near future. We appreciate you not letting this change the way you view our company and we hope to hear from you again!

A quick response to my question!
I was unclear about directions due to a missed email. Someone from the company responded to my pretrip jitters quickly and got me on track.
THANK YOU 😊

Ellen,
I do apologize, it sounds like you only got one of the 2 automatically sent receipts. One will only show the amount paid and the other will have all of your parking details as well as the address, phone number and directions. I looked up your reservation and sent you the receipt that you are needing to show the parking lot. I also left you a voicemail regarding this. I hope this helped you but please give us a call at 865-366-7014 if you need anything else!

The reservation and payment process was…
The reservation and payment process was straight forward and simple. The people I communicated with by phone were courteous and helpful. A major drawback upon arrival was the very inconvenient surprise of being informed the the shuttle service does not provide transportation directly to the airport terminals, only to a central car rental center from which another shuttle had to be taken, unlike what I was told by phone My elderly father was traveling with me. He cannot navigate transfers from parking to somewhere else prior to arriving at the airport terminal where wheel chair assistance awaits him. Consequently, we will not rent parking again from Routes Car rental at O’Hare.

Overall good experience
Everything was smooth except where I stayed, I was not able to print my receipt even though it was clearly on my phone.
I can see no reason to physically have to print a hard copy.
But, overall a good bargain.
