That is correct, for most of our parking locations their free shuttles run on a set schedule which is usually every 30 minutes and it is also stated before booking the parking lot. We hope this does not change your outlook on our company since it is significantly cheaper than parking at the airport. We hope to hear from you again soon!

No directions as to where the parking lot was. Drove around for an hour and almost missed my flight.

After reserving I found that the time I scheduled did not run a shuttle to airport. Vital info to know to plan an uber and consider overall costs. No clear direction on where to park. Hotel was accommodating. Itbwas united parking that needs improvement
Thank you for responding, but I looked on the website several times before booking and even before confirming. There was no listing of shuttles and even the address or directions link was not user friendly at all it kept on opening new pages to use Maps instead of google maps and then still didn’t direct it just listed instructions to direct which I couldn’t read while driving.

Addresses would help
I made my reservation but have not yet parked yet so I can only rate on the booking process. I gave only 3 stars as I felt it would be very helpful to have the address of the parking lots/hotels. I had to call the Marriott hotel twice to make sure I was booking the correct parking lot. The mileage to the airport greatly differed from what the Marriott hotel told me, yet they assured me I was booking the correct parking lot.

We completely understand your concern and reasoning for the confusion. The reason we do not give out the address before the reservation is made is for security purposes since guests have their cars parked at these lots, only paying guests to get the address. We do see where the confusion comes in upon booking and apologies for any inconvenience it may have caused but once the reservation is made, you will get the address and phone number on your emailed reservation receipt. I use united airport parking when I fly out of Miami. I typically park at the Crown Plaza Hotel on Le Junne and find the people who work there and the service they provide to airline travelers flying out of Miami to be impeccable. My only criticism is the united airport parking website. It's a bit difficult to use and efforts to make a reservation will often time-out before one completes the process if it takes too long. That's the only thing, as far as I'm concerned, that needs fixing.
