When not buying true vintage, I buy from Unique Vintage. They always have that perfect party or special occasion dress. Also, my experience with their customer service has always been top notch. Every time I wear my UV dresses, I get compliments too.

I have been buying from them for years. Consistently get quality items that match the price I pay for the item. I think 80-90 percent of the dresses I own come only from this store. Cute, quality, unique clothes. Overall every time I return something or use customer service I get a response or expected service. Rarely it will take a long time for the refund to get processed or put in my account. Then I just send them an email about the matter through their customer service line and it is quickly handled.

Unique vintage is one of my favorite stores! I had to use customer service today for a mistake on my end. They were quick to help and handled everything. My issue was quickly resolved. Great customer service as always!

I have not had the pleasure of seeing the great clothes just yet, but their customer service has been top notch.
When I needed help with an order I was able to contact someone immediately who knew exactly what to do and was so kind! Even if the clothes aren't your thing, I know you'll be taken care of.

Unique Vintage is a store like no other. The retro look clothes are wonderful. I love the dresses from the fifties and the website has hundreds to choose from. Lots of fit-and-flare dresses in lots of fun quality fabric. The also collaborate with of companies like Disney, "I Love Lucy" ,"The Wizard of Oz" and many more. The variety is seemingly endless with new styles added all year long. I have over 100 dresses from UV and I wear them with petticoat. I love my wardrobe and just received three new dresses this week. They have fun shoes, skirts, and accessories. One thing I love is that they sell all sizes xs- 5X. I get compliments every day on my wardrobe. Deliveries are quick and the have a generous return policy. Look through their entire inventory, you are sure to find outfits that you cannot live without.

I recently purchased the black and white Maines western jumpsuit and wore it onstage for a recent performance, it was a hit! It was so comfortable and looked great in the pictures and videos,A+! I have been a satisfied Unique Vintage client for years and will be for years to come.

Love this brand! I ordered something and part of it didn’t ship and I couldn’t tell why! Sheela got back with me quick and kept me in the loop and everything was fixed, great customer service! :)

I love Unique Vintage! Their clothes are always high quality, as well as very flattering (I always get compliments in my UV dresses)! I also love how quickly I receive my packages without even paying an expedited fee. Overall, my favorite website for ordering new fun clothes!

I have ordered several pieces from Unique Vintage, and I have mixed feelings.

The positives are easy: Good customer service, the designs are absolutely gorgeous, the sizing is inclusive, and the fit is consistently excellent. As a plus-size customer, it's refreshing to find vintage-inspired clothing that actually flatters my body. The styles are unique, feminine, and unlike what most brands offer.

Unfortunately, the fabrics are where Unique Vintage really lets itself down.

The vast majority of their clothing is made from polyester, and even when they use natural fibers like cotton, the fabric quality often feels rough and uncomfortable against the skin. Many pieces look beautiful but simply aren't enjoyable to wear, especially during warmer weather. At these price points, I expect fabrics that feel soft, breathable, and comfortable, not materials that feel cheap or trap heat.

Clothing isn't just about how it looks, someone has to wear it. Fabric quality matters just as much as design.

It's honestly frustrating because I want to love this brand. If Unique Vintage started using higher-quality natural fibers or better blends like cotton, linen, or viscose, I would happily buy much more from them.

The potential is incredible. The styles and fit deserve fabrics that match their quality.

Terrible experience. Ordered for 60th birthday party with plenty of time (over a month) for delivery. Nothing arrived. Tried emailing 3 times, finally got a response saying "it looks like your order got lost in transit after it was shipped, we've refunded you" and that was that! Gutted, not even a 'would you like us to send another?'. I responded 'no I want this dress can't you resend?' NO RESPONSE! Never again. They're still spamming me with 'specials'!!

I received a really well-made garment that I’m gonna enjoy wearing this summer!

I recently had a return issue with Unique Vintage, and I was very impressed with how it was ultimately handled.

There was a discrepancy involving two items from my return, and I was concerned that they had been lost. After I contacted customer service, Sheela took the time to work with the Returns Team, investigate the issue, and continue following up until the missing items were located and my refund was processed.

Throughout the process, Sheela was professional, courteous, and responsive. I truly appreciated her persistence and willingness to help resolve the matter. Customer service can make all the difference when an issue arises, and she went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of.

Thank you to Sheela and the Unique Vintage team for helping bring this matter to a successful resolution. I greatly appreciate the assistance and the excellent customer service I received.

I love shopping at unique vintage! I find the best clothes there for every occasion that no one else will ever wear. I love 60s vintage style clothes and outfits that say FUN! I love that the business is in the USA and their customer service is quick and helpful. I often buy gifts for sister and friends who also love FUN clothes!!

I had a very good experience when I needed to return some items. (I bought multiple sizes of a brand I’d never tried before.) Sheela in Customer Service helped me through the process and was very patient with all my questions! Throughout the process, the communication was really good.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. The rep was quick to offer me a solution to correct before it shipped. So happy.

The dress I got is great quality, it’s not Unique Vintage branded of course but it’s a testament to the fact that they do sell quality clothing. However, everything that is their own responsibility is terrible. I got “up to 6 day” shipping and didn’t receive my dress until 3 weeks later. This put me in a terrible situation when the dress didn’t fit, and now I’m stuck searching in person for a dress with 3 days to spare. Their size guide was unhelpful, so I took a chance but gave myself time. Joke is on me I guess. Also when I checked on my order several times, they were pretty slow to respond and rude when they finally did. Asking me to please give them some patience and such. I feel like 6 day shipping that arrives in double that time is beyond patience, but ok. Definitely won’t order from here again

Very unimpressed. I had one order cancelled as their inventory wasn’t up to date then I ordered again and their useless shipping partner 17track didn’t bother trying to deliver the parcel to my shop which is open everyday except Sunday. Now I have to wait for the parcel to return to Unique Vintage before i can get a refund which may take weeks. Not recommended. 😡

I love some of the clothes I've bought on their site. Some are amazing, high quality. Some are made so cheap. Their sizing is all over the board. I'm usually a 6/M. Sometimes it fits, sometimes I'm swimming in it, sometimes it's way too tight. Which leads to the rub. Their exchange process is a nightmare. I sent an item in for an exchange and they charged me an additional $40 because the dress was no longer on sale! I had to fight that. They've missed issuing credits, you have to track your refunds. And I've ordered stuff that the "forgot" to ship.
I'd love to keep ordering the clothes but I can't stand the customer service. It's not worth it.

Scam company. Will spam your email when selecting to opt out, website does not work properly, will charge to for returns even when purchasing free return option, then when given return options will only provide those with a fee. Would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Edited 6/8/26: The company was given the opportunity to make it right and did nothing until posting a complaint online. While the company does have some nice products, their website is glitchy and customer service does not account for this unless you escalate by complaining online. It’s a shame, they have some cute stuff, but I won’t purchase again due to other technical issues and the customer service.

I've been a Unique Vintage customer for several years, have placed countless orders with them and been extremely pleased with virtually all my purchases. The quality is good, customer service very responsive and I've never had any issues with shipping or refunds. I love the vintage vibe where I can find clothing not readily available on other sites. Especially love their prints! (I have everything from cowgirl prints to cats, rainbow petticoats and retro swimsuits, all very cute!
