This is a good small compact phone.
Video quality is very good. I think this company got it correct, not all people want HUGE phones!

To be candid i never dealth with this wonderful company before. I only visited the USA then I and my colleague stumbled on the tank 3 pro.We were very sceptical but I convinced my friend and we both paid in full for 2 packages. I must confess that although it took like ages to receive a response cos we were given the impression that in 1week we will get the packages so I had to drop our next address in the UK. But be it as it may we have received 1 of the 2 packages with an assurance to receive the 2nd soonest. I will definitely recommend this company to others. I wish u all the best and wish to be a distributor of your products when I get back to Nigeria in December.

This phone Is really a beast.

First good point is that : this phone Is indestructible.

Second good point : the screen Is good in term of quality and the touch IS also good.

Third good point : the caméra this beast have all you need 200 million méga pixels 50 million méga pixels 20 million méga pixels and the that's note all it also have night vision photos yeah it have night vision.

Fourth good point : the projector Yep this one IS good

Five good point : the led yes it also have a camping light plus the caméra light and its quite flashy.

Six and the final good batterie if you use it all day looking Netflix or youtube etc the batterie will last 2 day 2 days Yep that's good but if you use it as a phone only the batterie will last 8 days you Can go camping for a week without charger or go on holiday when you will come back the batterie IS still good xD

Well now lets go on Bad point well this phone Is clearly on overweight 686gr or 0.686kg its half a brick.
And its so Big that he dont go on allait pocket .
But that IS good xD at least when somebody will try to steal it you will be so light that you will be warn of that.

Aniway its a good phone

I ordered a TPU case and a leather holster for my phone - they shipped fast, and the holster's description quite helpfully and correctly stated that the holster will fit the phone even with the extra TPU case on it. Both items feel high quality and even the packaging was classy. I even got a screen protector with each case which I didn't expect but much appreciate!

Not only are the parts to do repairs for sale, but there are instructional videos. There's no glue in these things either, just a couple of screws! Made to be repaired!

Screen no longer working in less than a month.
Not sure if I got unlucky or if indicative of the poor quality. No response from customer support after contacting them about warranty repair / return - still waiting after over a week on a reply.

[UPDATE]

Got a reply from the company, there was a delay due to a national holiday. The customer support after this point were very prompt and offered to exchange the broken device for a new replacement under the warranty. This took about three weeks between the back and forth. I am now using the Jelly Star again as my primary device, there's some slight issues with touch sensitivity of the display but nothing unbearable.

The device is impressive for its size and certainly a unique device. You can get all apps that you need. Due to the size you find yourself scrolling less which is no bad thing.

Trusted but only if you can provide tracking for shipping/postage is better

J'ai acheté un titan slim, pour succéder à mon blackberry.
C'est l'enfer. Voici 5 semaines que je passe une heure par jour pour le configurer. Je ne peux pas synchroniser des apps basiques comme garmin, google agenda. Le raccourci bouton pour ouvrir une apps, ne fonctionne pas. Il faut appuyer plusieurs fois, ce qui engendre une ouverture/fermeture de l'apps.
Les apps sont longues à réagir, comme si le téléphone bugge. Si je lance spotify ou waze, et que je recois un appel, l'interlocuteur entend le son! et moi, j'entends sa voix et le son, hyper désagréable.
Pour terminer, ils utilisent une laque qui fait que le téléphone glisse tout le temps. Dès que la table est légèrement penchée, le téléphone tombe.
Bref, très décu, je vais me tourner vers une marque connue. Dommage car le projet était sympa.

I had ordered an accessory product with my unihertz phone. Customer service reached out to me personally and told me that the case I had ordered did not belong to the phone that I had ordered. They asked if I wanted to be issued a refund. I would not have known that if customer service did not reach out to me directly. I really appreciated the personal communication and felt like the company really cared about me as a person rather than just a number. PS, I'm absolutely loving the phone so far. Got the jelly star. I never want to go back to a large phone. It's easy to use and got used to it very quickly. A lot of my friends are now looking at the same phone.

The products did not fit to the jelly star.

Unique phones that are not like any other regular smartphone brand.
Service is quick to reply even helping with flashing new firmware.

I bought their Atom (the small one) last year. 1 year and two weeks ago to be precise. All was pefect, the phone is very small but very strong, it was all i ever wanted for a phone. BUT, i mean, come on, exactly one year after, the screen stopped to work...and you can only have a new screen on their website and it's 70$ to do it by yourself (wich i don't think is that easy). I send a email on a website, but i have no expectations on this... I'm so disappointed, cause this is the only phone like this in the whole world

I followed the battery replacement instructions on the website, but after completing the work, I was unable to start the device. I repeated disassembling and reassembling three times to see if there was anything wrong, but in the end I could not improve the situation. The device became a waste.

Jellystar is perfect !!! Good performance, nice touch, feels awesome in the pocket. No more stockholm syndrome with huge phone!

Needs to be charged everyday, and sometimes already in the late afternoon - it's very much still worth it, but would be awesome with better battery.
