Surprisingly excellent shipping in Canada. Device is responsive, is a great size too. Ability to expand storage is nice too.

I wish the camera was better. Should've made the Jelly Max the same size as the Star.

Unihertz offers unique phones and support products for them. The phones have been reliable and well worth their prices. Support after purchase has been good, but my experience has been from shipping and purchase emails, since they have worked great. I will be buying from them again and am eager to see their new products. I am currently using a Tank 3 pro and previously used the Tank 2, I only upgraded due to my carrier moving to 5G only. Getting a second line for business will definitely be another Unihertz.

Purchased the Titan Slim and plugged in a microphone via the type-c/jack to create better sounding videos, however unable to get the microphone to record sound whilst recording a video.

More than likely an easy fix for someone who knows this type of device (this brand is not popular on youtube or google so no online tutorial available).... so i thought i would just ask unihertz support as the microphone works on my laptop, and surely its likely a quick answer to resolve the issue.

I was wrong, Unihertz doesn't like to help its user to optimise its product and refused to answer my microphone video question, said they couldn't find my order number and i should ask the company i purchased from for technical product assistance!

What type of company is this!
x3 emails in order of their communication: Unihertz asking for a video of the issue, then an email stating they don't understand the problem, then another email requesting my order number, imei numbers and home address.

I have asked my query be forwarded to another agent in the hope someone can answer the question.

Replacement screen/keyboard came quickly and was easy to install with the provided instructions. I wish all phone manufacturers were this helpful with DIY repairs of their devices!

The home button is too big and constantly get in the way. The screen color crashes every other video. Other than that seems good phone.

This company is really the only place to get a phone with a physical qwerty keyboard nowadays, so I'm lucky to have had a great experience with them! Shipping was prompt, my phone arrived in perfect shape, and it does everything it's supposed to do. That's as good as it gets! Props to them for catering to those of us who still want some diversity in phone builds.

Processed the order promptly. They sent me an email checking that the order was correct as it looked as if I might have made a mistake. Good to know they were paying attention. Order arrived in good time. Great product.

Customer service support corrected the issue Best they can. The phone is a very good phone for the price and works well.

Ich war anfangs ein Fan von Hybrid Smartphones mit Touch und Tastatur, leider hat Blackberry die Produktion eingestellt. Da bin ich auf Unihertz aufmerksam geworden. Das Titan hat mich 3 Jahre begleitet, bis auf das das Display beinahe so breit wie lang ist und sehr wenige Apps nicht richtig angezeigt werden und der Fingerprint Sensor nach knapp einem Jahr nicht mehr funktionierte bin ich immerj noch ein riesen Fan, leider war das Titan Slim von der Software her schon ziemlich alt deswegen habe ich mich anstatt für das Titan Slim für das Tank Pro 3 entschieden. Und was soll ich sagen, der eingebaute Beamer hat mir auf Arbeit schon sehr viel Freude bereitet, gerade wenn man auf den Fahrgast wartet kann man richtig schön Filme an einer Wand oder dem Autohimmel gucken. In Verbindung mit der Xbox App kann man einen Controller Verbindung sich zuhause einloggen und unterwegs seine Xbox Spiele überall Zocken, total geil, und es setzen sich immer Leute dazu und gucken mit oder fragen was das für ein Gerät ist. Gesprächsthema ist man immer. Und die ganzen Apps die da drauf sind zusätzlich eine 800 Lumen Taschenlampe Blaulicht Wasserdicht Trockenmodus und Reinigungsmodus, eine Infrarot Universale Lernfähige Fernbedienung ist auch mit dabei. Hohenmesser Wasserwage und und und. Sogar als Powerbank nutzbar, für mich als Motovlogger perfekt, Kamera der Gopro alle kein Problem, ans Unihertz angesteckt und weiter geht's. Ich würde es wieder kaufen. Und bei AliExpress auch noch 300 bis 400 Euro billiger als bei Amazon und Co. Ein schönes Gerät.
Ein Manko hab ich aber doch. Ein bisschen mehr Zubehör wäre schön, wie einen Standfuß ein Stativ oder eine Autohalterung die die 700 Gramm halten können ohne Saugnapf der ständig abfällt. Oder eine Motottadlenkerhakterung wären schön.

C'est exactement la mésaventure incroyable qui m'est arrivée avec Unihertz, en commandant directement sur leur site et, à l'heure actuelle, je continue de recevoir des menaces de Shangaï (le siège social de la société) si je n'obtempère pas rapidement. On parle bien d'une grosse entreprise chinoise possédant sa propre ligne de production et dont les crowdfundings génèrent des contributions totalisant plusieurs centaines de milliers à plus d'un million de dollars. Précision : j'avais déjà acheté des téléphones sur le site Unihertz par le passé et sur des sites de crowdfunding, je n'avais jamais rencontré de problème. Autant dire que je n'en reviens toujours pas.
Avant que je ne commence le récit, je vous donne un précieux conseil : privilégiez Amazon ou AliExpress, réputés pour le le règlement des litiges, pour acheter un téléphone Unihertz.
Ainsi, début décembre, je commande un Tank 3 Pro. Au bout de 10 jours, je reçois...un Tank Mini (qui vaut 450 dollars de moins). Bonjour l'arnaque ! Aussitôt, je signale le problème au service client par mail (2e conseil : ne faites jamais ça, ils sont incapables de prendre contact avec leur sous-traitant européen). Aucune excuse de leur part (je n'en recevrai jamais) mais des tas de mails m'exhortant à prendre des de photos pour prouver que je suis bien lésée.
Puis, silence radio. Je reviens aux nouvelles et j'apprends qu'ils attendent que le client qui a reçu le Tank 3 Pro par erreur se signale... Finalement, le week-end dernier, un livreur s'est présenté à mon domicile pour me livrer le dit téléphone. Je remercie Shangaï en leur demandant pourquoi ils ne m'ont prévenue. Visiblement, ils ne sont pas au courant. Rebelote : alors que j'ai déjà ouvert le colis et jeté l'emballage, je dois fournir des preuves, avec l'étiquette, le carton du colis, etc. Je n'ai évidemment pas apprécié de recevoir des ordres et devoir aller fouiller dans les poubelles. Dans le but de sanctionner le sous-traitant allemand ?
Enfin, dernier rebondissement le jour de Noël (bonjour le tact) : le service client m'ordonne d'envoyer le Tank Mini à un client autrichien en leur transmettant une photo de : le reçu postal, le n° de suivi, le lien de tracking, 2 images du colis (excusez du peu). Je leur réponds que je ne vois pas le bordereau d'envoi en pièce jointe. Et là, un certain "Morris" entre en scène (jusqu'à présent, j'avais eu affaire à "Alice") et commence à monter les muscles. Il m'explique que j'ai l'obligation de renvoyer le téléphone et que, de toute façon, un colis international recommandé ne coûte pas plus de 10 euros (sic) qu'ils me rembourseront. Bref, je ne sais pas à qui j'ai affaire mais je ne prendrai jamais cette responsabilité ni ne débourserai un centime pour une erreur qui n'est pas de mon fait. Comment une entreprise de cette envergure se retrouve dans l'incapacité de générer un bordereau pré-affranchi (ce que "Morris" a eu le culot de me répondre), comme n'importe quelle boutique en ligne lambda ?
Si une personne habilitée de Shangaï peut reprendre la main pour résoudre ce litige ubuesque qui est en train de déraper, je lui en saurai gré. Un conseil de prime abord : s'il vous plaît, apprenez à vous excuser !

I've ordered a replacement battery for my phone. The battery didn't reach me. Unihertz was kind enough to send it again. Now my phone is working fine again.

I bought the jelly 2e I think in September. It developed issues so I troubleshooted with them providing photos and videos. I didn't read their policy on returns at first on the website and about paying the return postage. I eventually did and got a refund via klarna app. Weirdly unihertz didn't like me sending the royal mail tracking number to klarna which I had to otherwise I wouldn't have been refunded my money.

Unihertz have said to klarna that I sent an empty box instead so it got even more weird and then they sent a nasty email calling me a scammer and that's funny because the scammer is unihertz it looks. I am currently trying to report them via klarna. I bought the jellystar Mini afterwards hoping for a better phone but I was wrong it also has quality issues in which I sent a video and photo of the issues that are unresolved and unihertz are refusing a return for it and my warranty, my consumer rights act 2015 says I'm entitled to a replacement but unihertz make their own laws and the customer service is very rude and disrespectful calling me stupid in one email!

I will report on this to see what klarna have said. If anyone is thinking of buying from unihertz do at your own risk but don't buy direct from the website you're better off buying on amazon or purchase via klarna at least you'll get supported if you need the help in returns and refunds like I have. But truthfully I would avoid this company. The small phones look good but the company isn't and again the customer service is terrible. Disappointing as the small phone idea is great as smartphones are too big these days.

Update: klarna have have closed the case in my favor in regards to jelly 2e because the faulty phone wasn't convincingly disproven by unihertz. Unihertz claimed the item wasn't faulty, but couldn't be determined without them testing it. After I returned the phone unihertz claimed I'd sent an empty box but klarna said they could not fairly side with them as there's no convincing evidence so they can't investigate it anymore. Klarna's specialist team also have provided feedback to klarna about my experience with them and communication which has been appalling.

I have also been refunded for the jellystar Mini. As of today I urge any consumer please be aware of this company from the negative experiences of others. Not worth the headache or the negative email responses when you need help from unihertz. More importantly not worth loosing your money!

Die Geräte sind gut, der Shop könnte am PC übersichtlicher sein.

The phone is great, and I would recommend it to everyone if it had up to date software. It does not. No security updates, nothing.

Very good expérience with a « client service » Very good communication, straight on paiement, délivery etc.
As i failed 2 Times before …i can say Very good job!!
