Although this purchase worked out well for me, it would be beneficial to be able to see these appliances in person then relying on picture or having to ask for more pictures

One-stop-shop
The only used refurbished appliance store that operates fully online, so convenient, saves me gas and travel time when I order for all my rental properties. I usually get the removal service and hookup service too, perfect for me as a landlord.

Thank you for social distancing, wearing gloves, and masks during delivery. My parents liked how you gave them the option to vacate the dwelling or wear masks.

Good working appliances at great price
I've purchased multiple appliances from UVA and have been very pleased everytime. Great deals and great delivery service. Have never had any issues with the appliances and the delivery crew made it possible to get my washer and dryer into my basement with very little room. I will continue to purchase refurbished appliances from here.

Thank you Jessica, our team loves receiving great feedback. The older appliances you purchased were built much better than a lot of the newer appliances these days. A lot of buyers are unsure buying used, but we sell used refurbished, and after refurbishing, with a warranty, at a much lower price than new, you made the right choice. You can buy 2-3 appliances from us VS all your eggs in 1 basket buying new. Older appliances are also less expensive to repair. I will let the delivery crew know you enjoyed their efforts. We hope to serve you again.
